The location is awesome. Many restaurants and the downtown are walking distance.

Every one at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful.

Cons -

The shower pressure was so weak. When it was Nikko Hotel, there was no problem for shower pressure. They need to fix this.
Room was extremely small, we had requested a large bed for us (husband/wife), and a small bed for our child. We had 3 single beds. The towels smelled like they had been washed with popcorn. The air conditioner didn't work.
Parking was really expensive. They should offer a discount for the parking.

The location is awesome. Many restaurants and the downtown are walking distance.

Pillow was not clean, there was very heavy bad smell on pillow
