Very nice staff and comfortable rooms. Close to bus stop to the airport and a supermarket

Breakfast was ok with some warm dishes and the usual, plus for good coffee and potato gratin

Felt like the hotel needed a major update. Very basic room, also the bed tilted slightly and the duvet was way too warm.

I loved the service from the bar girl and the cocktails she prepared for us; they were delicious, and she was very friendly.

Two families traveled together; ours arrived earlier than scheduled for check-in. It was the first time I paid for early check-in, at a rate of 10 euros per hour, for a total of 26.

Room Space, confortable bed and pillow. Bus stop close to hotel (for Messe or Airport). Breakfast with all you need and quality food. Restaurant with good choice and quality (fish, burger or cedar salads with chicken).

No iron/iron-pad (loundry service present), late check-out only to 1pm (appreciated the late check-out did not request extra fees. Same room price during exhibition 3 times more expensive

Extremely disappointing experience.

We booked and fully paid for this hotel well in advance, choosing it specifically for its proximity to the airport after a long and delayed international flight. Arriving exhausted around 11 PM, we were told at reception that no rooms were available due to overbooking — despite our confirmed reservation. Instead, we were sent to another, lower-quality hotel 12 km away, in the middle of nowhere. This was absolutely unacceptable. After a long day of travel, being forced to go late at night was both unsafe and unprofessional. A hotel that fails to honor a prepaid reservation and offers such a poor alternative should not be trusted.

4 star hotel 200e room per night with old furniture , no bathrobes, no slippers , fridge in the room and not even a water in it.

A twenty minute walk from the departure hall through a park, it´s an easy walk. The hotel is ok, nothing special but a good bed and shower is all you need. Dinner in restaurant was good.

Unfortunately no cooperation in extending the check-out with one hour

Rude staff! When you don’t speak German, they just don’t answer. Turkish or Arabic man at the bar: super rude to women. At the special requests I told them it was my boyfriends birthday. I had to pay for extra services. (A normal and good hotel, would have congratulated us and arranged something small from the hotel) but no. They wanted a budget. I told them: Maximum 30 euros. There was 1 garland with happy birthday and two hotel beers from €3,50. At check in, I asked if I needed to pay anything and they told me no. And at check out I still had to pay the €30 euros!!!! As one super rude staff member with a sassy voice told me: I had to pay for the time they had put in… Never ever staying there again. We visit multiple hotels over more than 8 times a year. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent, be on expectations. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent, i would definitely recommend. We wanted to go out to eat somewhere, but we’re too tired and we were so surprised and happy that we stayed because the food was incredibly delicious. Great presentation excellent service. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We did not have a chance to use the sauna. If you have no luggage, you can walk across the little forest to the airport. But if you have bags you do need to take a taxi that is about €15-€20 they concierge front desk person was very kind to offer to book that for us.Overall, it was a great overnight to catch a flight the next morning.
