Pros +
- The Location and kindness of the staff
- It is a great place to stay for what it is. Everything was clean and tidy and straightforward.
- Breakfast was fine as was the location itself.
Cons -
- The vending machine doesn't have water and not working with paper currency
- It would be an improvement to have multiple plug sockets at sleeping points, as everyone needs to charge devices these days.
- For the last three days, the rooms have not been heated and many people are snoring, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Not recommended
It was disappointed, I paid around 35€ and the bed was dirty the change the only the cover and the don’t check if the bed is clean or not, the door is too noisy when someone go in and out, I couldn’t sleep well, not recommended at all … i had a good experience in another Hostels and they were more cheaper.
Hostel was pretty nice and breakfast was super basic but ok. Rooms are wide enough to stay and quiet
Perfect location at the end of the Konigsallee that put the train station, altstadt and downtown in short walking distance. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of storage for big luggage.
Breakfast was not the traditional German breakfast, so skip it and head down to Heinemann for a good breakfast.
This is really a backpacker hostel. Mixed gender rooms, no-nonsense, no surcharge for basic things. I loved the no contact check in and that they don't use key cards. The other guests were much more respectful than what I'm used to lately, and I think it's the vibe of the hostel. The room was big, there were enough bathrooms.
The breakfast is included and not a "genius discount" like Booking says. The towel they provide is quite small. There is no outlet at the bed, just wireless charging and one USB A, which was annoying because I could only charge one device at a time.
Comfortable beds, fun decor, new and clean. Complementary Continental breakfast, kitchen facilities with microwave, stove, and teapot for self catering. Short bus ride from main railroad station.
Showers did not hold a steady temperature. More stairs than an older person might be able to navigate.
Location is near to bus and Metro station It’s very easy to go to any place in Dusseldorf
It’s expensive according to that the room is for 6 persons so if you calculate the cost it’s double 5 stars hotel for one room The breakfast is very poor
The location was good and convenient.
Room/facility conditions are fair in terms of the cost, although it's not a comfy stay.
Clean
No one at reception to assist you Duvet was very thin
The astetics of the room and common rooms
Super noisy. All the doors slam shut when someone forgets to hold it to close it slowly , almost all night long you'll be startled awake by random doorslams. The floor wasnt isolated very well either, same goes for when people would walk down the stairs, you'll hear every single step.We will never return here.
The breakfast was simple, but it was nice not to worry about finding my own. Not my favorite hostel, but the owner is pretty cool and there are neat articles about the hostel in the dining area.
It smelled pretty bad in the bathroom and kitchen for the first two days. Then it smelled fine.
Affordable price comparing to other accommodations, the location is good breakfast (cereals, toasts) are included
would be much better to stay in a women’s room? it feels so unsafe to stay over alone with 3 random guys (no offence…)and the beds creak
Amazing price for the quality of the location and free breakfast
The towels provided were a little too small
The location was good, and self checking was easy and nice.
It wasn't that clean, and the room had wierd small. The showers as well. But I think it was valuable for the price.
Affordable and in a good location
If you stay in the basement bedrooms you’ll hear everything that happens in the street at night. It’s very noisy you can hear everything that happens outdoors even if it’s only people walking
When I arrived, I was positively surprised by how clean and well-organized the hostel was. The self check-in went smoothly, and everything felt efficient and tidy. The breakfast was basic — just some bread, muesli, and apples — but more than fair for the price I paid.
Unfortunately, my night there turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had in a hostel (and I’ve stayed in many around the world). A group of very drunk young English guests came in late and kept shouting, singing, and slamming doors until 5 a.m. It was horrible and made it impossible to sleep.Of course, that’s not really the hostel’s fault — just bad luck with roommates — but it seriously affected the experience.
Thee were hairdryer and shampoo and breakfast was good
At night there will be noises from the street and it is loud, so I didn’t get a good sleep
Self check in was really easy
Bed sheets uncomfortable and you have to make your own bed. Towel is really small and scratchy. No counter space in bathroom. Bunk beds move alot when someone else moves. No power outlets.
