Good value B/B type hotel.Very clean, good beds, good bathroom, warm, close to HBF, good reception and good value.Nice little Japanese restaurant just down the street.Would I go here on my holidays? No. But if I'm passing through Dusseldorf again and need a bed then I will.
Lovely room. Attentive staff. Secure parking
No lift. Dining room secret small . No coffee pot in the room or water
The hotel’s main advantage is its location and sort of breakfast which does not have a wide variety but not bad at the end.
What I did not like is that there is another building in front of the hotel that the hotel owns some rooms from it to put extra guests but it does not have an elevator although this other building rooms are much wider. Also the rooms of the main hotel are very small and some of them are with shared balcony.
Friendly staff and helpful.
Hotel room and bathroom very outdated. No water boiler. No coffee maker.Room super hot No airconditioning
Perfec and clean room with very good breakfast. Good location close to the center by foot. Also very kind working team especially the receptionist.10/10
Close to centre of city. Easy walk to shopping location and dining areas
Lot of rubbish on street surrounding hotel.
Great location, very friendly and helpful manager
The employee came to bring towels while my wife was alone in the bed. The door had a sign "Don't disturb". The employee knocked, didn't hear the answer and decided to open the door. Due to that scary incident, we had to barricade door for the sleep, just in case, as we couldn't feel safe when strangers can just open your door.As a minor thing (in comparison to making my wife feel extremely unsafe), wi-fi was not working.
Room was very clean, breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Clean appartment, in the city center and very friendly staff and nice parking spot for only 15 euros

Personal & breakfast
The stay was… memorable, but not in the way you’d hope. This was supposedly a business room — not standard, not upgraded, but something meant to impress. Well, it certainly left an impression.Room was cold — no heating, no extra blanket, just the thrill of winter indoors. Slippers were listed but never showed up (maybe they got cold feet too). The floor was so dirty, it felt like a subtle encouragement to levitate. No elevator, despite being promised — at least my luggage and I bonded over the stairs. The room decor was a bold experiment in randomness — like someone emptied a thrift store into it and called it “eclectic.” No iron or ironing board, unless they were part of a scavenger hunt. The fridge didn’t work, but made a great conversation piece with its quiet indifference. Dust on every surface, and the windowsill seemed to be cultivating a small dust farm. And then there was the bathroom — clearly abandoned mid-renovation, with strong basement-meets-garage energy. I half-expected to find a toolbox in the shower. On the bright side, the staff was lovely, breakfast was decent, and I now truly understand the phrase “don’t believe the photos.”
The bedrooms were big and really stylish, the breakfast selection was superb, we are vegetarians and the choice was probably the best we have ever had in Germany.
Well managed Hotel, clean as new, all things in working order, we enjoyed the breakfast. Can't understand some negative remarks mad on previews.
We had a room in the Apartments that had a king sized bed, which was very clean and the accommodating. The staff was excellent and very attentive to us when we go in early. This was a very positive experience for us.
There was no elevator in either building, and we were in town for a week for a conference and had very large luggage. While we were on the 1st floor, my colleague was on the 3rd floor and had to carry his bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. In our case, the shower was a bit small for me, but was ok for me wife.
it's clean with elegant decor and some modernized elements.staff is helpful although not super friendly
no toaster in breakfast roomno bar for the evening just front desk with a bit of a cold feeling need extra duvet cover as not very warmlift just next to the bedroom woke me up every morningover 300 euros per night but that's because of Medica
Quite and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Good location. Very friendly staff.
The hotel is nicely situated in between the main train station and the city centre. So if you are to use both of those locations, it's very well located. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the internet worked nicely.
The amenities are very basic - no kettle, tea or coffee or an iron - just a simple basic room. There is no elevator which some might find problematic, and the noise isolation is not the best. Otherwise it's an OK hotel. The breakfast area is a bit small, only 6-7 tables so it can be an issue to find a spot in the "rush hour".
The staff are amazing, the room was spacious with great pillows! The breakfast was superb too, such a bonus.
