No restaurante no bar. No minibar No parking Not a 4 star

Location. Close to main railway station and +/-10-15 minutes walk to the city center (Altstadt).

No fridge, no minibar in the room. No ice machine on the corridors. No ice at all in the hotel. No bar, café or dining room (only breakfast available). MOST NEGATIVE: the bed & the pillows (1pillow/pax) TOO soft causing backpain, couldn't sleep properly.

The location is excellent, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wasn't bothered by any noise either.

The location was great. Very close to the train station, which was important for us as we arrived for Essen Spiel. It is well connected and easy to get around. The room was spacious enough, with comfortable bed and towels changed daily. The staff were welcoming and polite. Overall great value for money.

The room was extreemly cold. clearly the heat was not working. And the staff reaponce was to use more blankets that they could not provide.

The room was very dark. One small light at the ceiling was not enough for the whole room.

Room was cold, heating not enough. Would have been nice having some coffee or tea or hot water available. Also old tv with only local channels.

The system was not updated for the breakfast staff, so when I told them I have breakfast they said no, Then walked to Front desk and the agent there said " i would never lie " as a hotel staff not a good thing to say to a client. Is the agent hinting that am i liar over a basic breakfast? When i showed my booking, everything and their attitude chnaged. But they shouldve double checked and not go to the front desk with such confidenace i sidnt have breakfast. As a hotelier for 8 years. Staff should get training on how to deal with these situation better.

Location is supper within walking distance from main station. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. It was very comfortable.

Bathroom didn't have a heater! It was cold to go into shower specially from someone who came from hot climate.

The TV remote was old. Ir took a bit to make it work.

Broken wifi (had to take a two-hour meeting from the lobby), rooms right next to the tram (imagine the noise), extremely short-staffed, and a lady kindly reminded us to lock our valuables in the safe because her stuff got stolen from her own room… one star for the prime location

location close to train station is nice beause you can walk toi train station and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods and beverages. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Somewhat noisy on first floor because of streetcar and people on street. Maybe room could be soundproofed with heavier sound blocking curtains or install double or triple pane windows.

Located near Dusseldorf main station, so getting anywhere in the city is easy. The room was big for 4 people and very clean

Facilities are lacking - no fridge or kettle, only one chair. No parking but you can find several parking garages within 5 minutes walk.
