The hotel is located very close to the central station and well connected by metro and tram lines.

When we accessed the room, the bathroom was not clean, there were still hairs in the sink from the previous guests, as well as long hairs on the floor. Moreover, the shower and the sink were not particularly clean.

Great location — unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The noise level at night was unbelievable. The walls seem to be made of paper; I could hear hallway conversations and doors slamming as if they were happening inside my room. To make things worse, the room next door (or somewhere on the same floor) decided to throw what sounded like a full-on party last night. Loud voices, constant noise, and zero consideration for anyone trying to sleep.Just when I finally managed to drift off, music started playing again early in the morning. So much for rest. A hotel room is supposed to be a place to recharge, not an involuntary front-row seat to other guests’ nightlife. If a good night’s sleep matters to you at all, you may want to look elsewhere.

Overall, the hotel was great. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

The only thing that I thought was really annoying for a hotel at this price level was the poor free wifi. The hotel asked for a surcharge for upgrading the wifi.

The hotel was a lot cleaner inside than the last time we stayed. We also needed parking this time which is conveniently located beside the hotel. The team at reception were helpful and friendly.

3€ for a Mars bar! WTF?! Some things in the hotel stink of price gouging and taking advantage.

Very disappointing stay at NH Hotel. The heating was not working and we were literally freezing in the room. Despite this, we paid for 2 nights and were charged more than the price shown on Booking.com.Because the heating didn’t work, we were promised free parking, but the next morning the reception still charged us half of the parking fee. The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the stay.What was especially unacceptable: technicians entered the room to ‘fix the air conditioning’ while my girlfriend was alone in the room. They knocked once, got no response, and then entered anyway. This is extremely inappropriate and a serious violation of privacy.The next day we left the hotel around 8 PM. We were told everything was fine and that we owed nothing, without any apology or even asking why we were leaving early. Overall, a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice an spacious room and big window, comfortable bed a clean room. I did not try breakfast.

The stuff need to be more trained on discovery program and the gym was very small and not water at all!!

Adequate location next to metro. Modern lobby with nice bar and good elevators. Beds comfortable and quiet clean room. Restaurant and bar staff pleasant and helpful.

Smoking encouraged at hotel entrance, no way to avoid it. I realize this is Europe but it was disgusting. Staff unhelpful with request for printing and deferred to corporate. Cleaning staff kept entering room even with do not disturb request/ placard.

The room was very cold because the airconditioning was not working. They brought is 2 small heaters but one of them didn’t work. They gave us a voucher for drinks but the bar was closed the whole time we were there and when we mentionned this on check out they didn’t even propose a small discount.Also the lady at the desk for breakfast was reallllyyy rude

We stayed at NH Hotel for a few nights and were very happy with our experience.We would especially like to highlight the excellent and attentive staff. The team was extremely responsive to our requests, very helpful, and always ready to assist. Their quick reactions and genuine care made our stay truly comfortable and pleasant.We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.The hotel is a great choice for short stays and city trips, offering comfort and a high level of service.We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

Maybe we were just unlucky, but we experienced several issues during our stay.We were first assigned a cold room; we tried to warm it up, but the hot AC was blowing even colder air.They then gave us another room, but after we managed to get in, the key cards stopped working. They replaced them, but the new cards didn’t work either, and even the receptionist couldn’t open the door with his master key.We were assigned yet another room; it was warmer, but the hot AC still didn’t work. On top of that, in this room the shower head wouldn’t stay in place — it slid down while I was showering and hit me on the head.Maybe we were just unlucky with the rooms, but we were not satisfied with the experience. The whole back-and-forth with the room changes took us about two hours, and we ended up going to sleep at 3 a.m.The staff member who tried to assist us was polite, although clearly struggling with all the issues.
