Strange smell

Very comfortable clean and tidy. Staff were excellent

Location was a short walk to the Altstadt and the festive Christmas Markets. Local shopping along Nordstrasse was excellent. Breakfast which was served between 7 and 10 Monday to Saturday included cereal. scrambled eggs, bacon sausages and rolls etc. The room was comfortable with all the expected items.

if I was to criticise anything it would be the pillows which were too small and far too soft.

Location of the hotel is perfect for the Christmas market. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming people.

All is good the spice of the room, Breakfast 5 stars.Location is 20 minutes walk to Alt Stadt.

I didn't get parking for my car.Nights was cold in the room.Q

A small, cosy hotel, clean and comfortable, with an excellent breakfast., and for the other meals of the day, there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The location is somewhat outside the centre of Düsseldorf, but the nearest U-Bahn station is only a 5min walk away.

We have been here quite often and every time we do enjoy the lovely atmosphere of the hotel. If there is a special request, or asking for a short timed change, it will be made if it is possible.Location is perfect as is breakfast. Whenever we travel to Duesseldorf, we make sure to go at a time when there are rooms available for us to book.Looking forward to our next visit.

Not Applicable for us

Good choice at breakfast. Very clean. Room cleaned every day. Mini bar prices very reasonable (although we did not use it!).

Nothing could be better for this small hotel, the only downside for us was that the location was quite a walk from the old town and main area. There was also some late night noise from the local bars and restaurants which the double glazing could not keep out. We could also hear the trams running all night, even though they are at the end of the street. Having said all this we would certainly return.

A very central location. The staff were very friendly. A quiet room despite being on the road. A few bars directly opposite offering a selection of local beers. A few meters from Nordstr. with lots more bars and restaurants. The breakfast was cooked locally and big selection of homemade jams.

All good. We only needed 1 night and the hotel fulfilled all our needs.

Fantastically warm welcome - lady on reception even remembered we had booked two years ago, even though Covid intervened. Excellent carpark at very cheap cost (50% of what we paid elsewhere in Germany) and our reserved space even had our name on the wall! Staff are all lovely - helpful, cheerful and helpful with any language difficulties. Very good breakfast selection served in comfortable and spacious room. Lift and walk-in shower helped we 'oldies'. Small but nice balcony to room. Excellent location so near city centre with good transport nearby. Lots of choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Lovely room with a balcony which was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and powerful shower. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s taste. We reserved a parking space in the secure garage and our space was clearly marked with our name when we arrived. Quiet area with a choice of eating establishments close by. We would definitely stay here again.

There are no negatives from our perspective

We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel meets the needs of cyclists. They have secure garage parking for bikes.The rooms were very spacious and each room had a fan (which was needed during the heatwave since there is no air conditioning).The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of fresh fruit along with bread, cereal, yogurt, eggs, meat and cheese. Gluten-free bread was available on request. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance in all directions from the hotel. Public transportation is two blocks away.We had a wonderful stay.

There is always a very friendly welcome. When possible, our room will be ready, even when we come before check-in time. Breakfast is the highlight of the day. The location of the hotel is great. Plenty of nice Restaurants to choose from. Just very enjoyable overall

Extremely comfortable room. Superb breakfast buffet. Facility for secure, locked cycle storage.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Especially at the breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good. The rooms were nice, simple but sufficient for a short stay. The location was perfect.

The elevator didn't reach exactly the top floor so if your room is up there you'll have to carry your luggage half a floor up. We were traveling light so it was ok.

Even I was late check in, they send me how to get into the hotel. very useful.Breakfast is really good variation. Very kind staff.I will book this hotel again next business trip.
