Hotel Belle Etage

Pretty good hotel for its price. But I waited 30 minutes until I could enter the building. Just ask for the check-in instructions earlier and everything will be ok.

Very friendly staff.. Good location...All were organized and cleaned...Recommended..

Checkin was a hustle, took me several calls and 40 min waiting outsideRoom is cold even at max radiator setting. Sleeping under one blanket provided was not comfortable at allWater streem and temp are barely OK to wash. Shower head is broken (( Internet network they provide was undetectableDisappointing experience!

The room was nice, comfortable and clean.

The sound isolation is pretty bad. We could hear pigeons walking on the roof and trams on the street. It was really hard to fall asleep and rest properly.

I like that the apartment is just a tram away from the center and the train station to the airport is close by. The apartment is equipped with kitchen, very spacious and has very cozy ambiance. There is no reception at that time but the apartment manager gives clear instructions on how to access the apartment. If I'm back to Dusseldorf, I'll book this place again. ?

The internet connection is just a bit weak in the room but otherwise everything is great.

The list goes on and on, trying to get to the hotel was a mission in itself with the keys and trying to unlock doors and the water pressure in the shower was useless had I have known would not go back.

This hotel should be avoided by everyone. If you arrive after 10 PM, they absolutely will not let you check in, no exceptions, even though all hotels under the Booking.com system are notified of your arrival date in advance. However, this specific hotel treated me with extreme hostility and refused to cooperate in any way.

to be honest it was the worst experience of renting an hotel room through booking, because I came a little late to check in, although I warned that I would be there, but hotel was already locked and they told that reception has closed and I can’t use my room reservation, the money to me of course, no one returned it

Clean and near to the central station

I arrived at 10 am and I saw a plate hanging on the door says that the reception is available between 7:00 to 14:00 however no one was there, I called the phone number on the plate, a lady responded that I cannot check in at 10 am so I left and came back then called the number again, a lady responded and she was so unpleasant telling me that there is no booking under my name, also, reception is open starting 15:00 and she is travelling with her husband in a holiday then hang up on me!! After that I called the number registered here in booking and the lady told me where to find the key to the room. I really don’t understand what happened.

Great location. Wifi was excellent. Bed was comfortable and had a fan so when I wanted to close the window at night I was still comfortable.

Kinda got lost during check in. With the key and finding the door haha but didn't impact the stay.

Clean room with all the essential things needed for 2 days stay.

There was anonymous checkin, so no one was available to help. They had a door which leads to all the rooms, that door was impossible to open with a key given. We tried hard and finally called contact person on the number written on a paper at reception but that number was not reachable at all, after so many trials we found alternate number and then the person said - there is a trick to open the door... Seriously if door is damaged and there is a trick you can also write that on a paper on door itself. This spoiled lot of our time.

Studio isn’t too far from central station! It’s clean, great beds and quite a lot of room. We didn’t know we had booked a studio, but it was great! We ended up sharing all the rooms in the studio with friends and had a great time for the night we stayed there!

Impossible to find the location, no sign on the building, almost invisible. Beware of self check in, there is no staff in the building.

Code for key. Please take care to send it on time.For example I had no possibility to make a call for a code and I needed to bother other guest to support me for that.

A terrible experience

Temperature of the room was absurdly low (less than 10 degrees inside). Matress and covers were also insufficient. When asked to solve heating problem, the owner responded quite badly. No one was at reception during the whole stay. This was a nightmare and I recommend booking not to allow this property in its site.

Great find, lovely studio with great city view through big dorma window in lovely neighbourhood 15 mins stroll into town or main station and on a tram route, really friendly and helpful guy at check-in, clean with good shower/toilet ensuite
