The receptionist was very understanding and helpful.

I have asthma which means that I react very strongly when it comes to a room with carpets or one in which someone had smoked before. Upon arrival, I had a serious asthma attack, because of the room in which we had to stay in. That¿s why we canceled.

Just a normal European standard hotel. Nothing special abt it.

Noise from other rooms. Even tiptoeing from other rooms could be heard, not speaking about other doorclosing noises. No room slippers.

no rug on the floor. so there should at least be simple hotel slippers available. no utilities. bathroom is very old.

they canceled my stay when I arrived at the hotel, without offering me any options, without notifying me in advance, during a busy period in the city.

The rooms were clean and pretty, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and decent quality, the location is ideal, the staff was friendly.

The thing that really bugged me is that they did not verify anything with the check-in. I paid beforehand, and my friends checked in, because they were earlier than I was, but they were not on the reservation by name. When I came in, the only thing necessary was a signature; they did not check any ID at all. Especially seeing as I paid beforehand, this was something that didn't sit right with me. Anyone could have walked in and claimed that they had my reservation.

We stayed in Radisson 4 days. We really liked the location, directly to the shopping district

We didn’t like the facilities. 2 days straight there wasn’t anything left to eat for breakfast, anything at all, even the coffee. The staff told us to wait 10 min so they can buy some egg and to clean the coffee machine. We eat out. Also the cleaning was awful. They only make the bed. We was walking in some dirty from last night. One morning we were waking up in 7:00 a.m because of the noise of some renovations that they were making. When we told the staff, she lied to us and told us that were the neighbors.

The hotel provides absolute minimum amount of comfort. Take a little from it and the stay would be terrible. You get a bed and the roof, but don’t expect an experience. There was no such thing as tooth brushing kit or a bath robe.Out of my 3 nights breakfast was only served once (seemingly there was a problem with staff).

The water pressure in the shower was great.The beds were generally comfortable.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was supposed to have parking, but that turned out to be completely untrue. There is no hotel parking, despite what was advertised.Instead of a proper underground garage (as described), the receptionist directed us to a private garage nearby, which turned out to be closed on Sundays. If we hadn’t double-checked the hours ourselves, we could’ve easily gotten stuck with no way to retrieve our car. The whole parking situation was a mess and felt like false advertising.On top of that, there was a loud group staying in the room across from us, playing music with their door wide open late into the evening. No one from the hotel staff stepped in to manage the noise, which made it hard to relax.Lastly, we noticed the smoke detector in our room had been covered with a plastic bag, which means it wouldn’t have worked in case of fire. That’s a serious safety concern.

Generally everything was good,.room was good nice and clean and nice comfy beds, very powerful hot shower and tea/coffee available with a kettle. Not very noisy.

We were told when we got there we couldn't have breakfast over the weekend which was one of the things we were really looking forward to and wanted. The nearest place for breakfast we went to was nice but cost a fortune.

Wi-Fi is very unstable - I saw frequent disconnects both for my iPhone and my laptop.This was very annoying.The gym and the sauna in the same room - this is NOT OK.

location clean near city center for shopping

Good location, close to main station, shopping area, Christmas markets and old town. The reception staff were friendly. The hotel sauna was clean and nice to use.

The room was tired and had no maintenance for a long time. It was not very clean overall. A little maintenance and cleaning and everything would be much nicer.

Great location - easy walk from train station and to the centre of Düsseldorf. Clean room with a comfortable bed and really good shower - plenty of hot water.

The hotel is dated and would benefit from a refurbishment. Still reasonable for the price though.
