Me And All Hotel Dusseldorf

Welcoming by reception, closer from train station and located little Tokyo so lots of options to eat. Just brilliant.

Very centrally located. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean.

Had a fantastic time in the city and at the “Me and All” hotel. Location is right in the middle of the Little Tokyo ( surrounded by various dangerously tempting food places)Rooms are spotless. Staff is beyond helpful. Checking in took 1,5 minutes- bravo

No such problem exists; some travelers may find room service limited to restaurant hours. For me, this was not an issue at all.

It was close to the city centre and surrounded by a Japantown. So, there are many options of good quality of restaurants.All staff were so kind and helpful.

The hotel was a bit far from Hyatt quality. The hotel lobby was small, and there was no place to sit and relax with your friends. The rooms were cold, and the central heating system was poor.Carpark fee was expensive, but I understand, because there is not enough space for everyone.

Directly in the Japanese neighborhood and with a great restaurant on the top floor, great breakfast too

Missing a fridge, especially when traveling with a child or have a special diet this is quite necessary

We satyed here due to the Christmas market, perfect location just outside the main shopping part of the center, little Tokyo being basicly at your doorstep was also nice (good way to stock up on things we cant find at home). Nice room with a good bed and shower.

room, bathroom, bed and location were fantastic for the city and easy access to U-bahn

We found the drinks service in the upstairs bar incredibly slow, we waited 25 mins for our 2 drinks to arrive, our neighbours food arrived before our drinks, and we ordered at the same time.

Central location, the room quite spacious, the lounge on the top floor was very good. Stylish decorations.

The first disappointment was that there were two hotels with the same name in Düsseldorf. I can't imagine how unqualified the managers have to be so that they allow this to happen. Anyhow, the taxi first brought us to the other one. Another disappointment happened when our companion got stuck when he wanted to join us in the bar upstairs. They locked the door to the bar for some unknown reason, leaving a small sign somewhere saying that anyone who wants to enter the bar has to go all the way downstairs and take another elevator. Isn't it ridiculous? The poor guy had to bang the door until we let him in.

Breakfast with fresh bread and a nice view. Bar offers tasty cocktails.

- If there's a private party happening on the 11th floor, you will hear the music and beats even after midnight...- Somehow the air in the room was very dry all the time, and I felt a bit cold although the heating was on.

The Lounge on the 11th floor was nice, both for breakfast and dinner.Also the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

A coffee maker in the room would be nice.

Everything was excellent: the location, the room very spacious and clean with a nice city view, the breakfast and the staff. Mahmud was really kind and helpful.

Room was good. We had issue with a bothering noise from adjacent room or our room 1004, but staff resolved this by moving us to 903.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to previous stay a few years ago: no fresh fruit, mediocre coffee, no fresh orange juice.

The hotel is really clean, nice people and the location is the best!

The parking area is really small and was full when we arrived, also the lounge was booked for a Christmas party. We do understand but its the main reason we booked the hotel so we could get some food and a drink there because we arrived late.

Unfortunately, the quality of the mattress in the room was not acceptable at all. It was worn-out and uneven, which caused back pain and a very poor night’s sleep. I woke up several times during the night and truly did not expect this from the hotel. I hope the management replaces the mattresses and pays more attention to the comfort of their guests.

The restaruant for the dinner, we wait more than 1hr to have our order, the restaurant not offer us an option for a low table, only the central and hig table not ideal for my health condition, due to some reservation but some tables remain empty for the entire time of our dinner.

The bath was cold no door of the bath

everything was perfect

The rooms were hot during wintertime, we could only sleep with the windows open but there was a lot of noice from the street. Every hotel in Germany is like this the last 20 years. I cannot understand the waste of energy of the hot rooms that for sure not every one wants at night time.

The staff at reception was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Parking is overpriced

The property was in a great location within walking distance to shopping and the Christmas markets. It was clean and comfortable.
