Hotel Am Spichernplatz

The location.

Loose toilet seat,no maintenance available. Was given another room with a dirty floor and wall after complaining about the toilet seat.

Really good connection to public transport, spacious rooms and very accommodating staff!

Friendly staff, cozy environment, exclusive Sauna included in the hotel. Breakfast was also good!

Cleaning was not superb. Blanket was pretty small for a double bed.

Very good and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Comfy beds.

The floor of the room was not clean.

Location, comfortable bed

Smell in the room, no healthy choices for breakfast, poor shower pressure

Passable

Single room on 4th floor - extremely small (8-9 m2), fine. However, smell from mornings breakfast preparation starting at 6:30 was unbearable. To open window directly to tramway station with similar effect.

Good location. It is easy to get all around the city, with public transportation nearby. The Rhine area is quite close and pleasant for walking, running, or walking a dog. The breakfast was very decent , limited options, but tasty and fresh.

The rooms are quite small and old but acceptable for a short business stay.Cleanliness was an issue. The room appeared clean at first, the bathroom seemed cleaned and the towels were fine however, the floor was very dirty. There were old fruit peels and used earplugs from previous guests under the bed. We asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day, but the trash was simply pushed aside rather than properly removed.

Good location and good if simple breakfast, with good ground coffee.

The place smells like an ashtray as the desk staff smoke in the stairs. The pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable, the maid left my door open after making up the room. Plus the shower was from the 1970.

Comfortable room, good,varied breakfast

There was no space in the garage, it was very difficult to find parking in the area.

Very good breakfast. Tram station in 30 meters from door (direct line to central Hbf). Small cozy sauna. Free night/weekend parking near from kebab cafe.

The ventilation. Of course you can open windows, but there are a lot of car/tram traffic.

Staff was polite and responsive. Price was reasonable. Liked the spa option. Always nice to have breakfast included. Location served us very well

Hotel is nice, room was clean, staff friendly and polite. Location is pretty far from city centre but train staition is 10 minutes walk.

Great location tram stop outside, nice restaurant below, good room (when you get to it!!), nice staff

What they do not tell you, if you book a room with balcony , you have to walk up two (or 1 flight if in room below the one we had) flights of spiral stairs to get to the apartment (lift goes to floor 4, then you walk up the stairs) not much good to book if you can not walk up the stairs.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and good. Room good, bed comfortable. Location perfekt.

Take care of the bathroom. Better cleaning the bathroom, toilet seat. Light in the bathroom can be better.

Breakfast was excellent, staff is really nice. Sauna is new and heating in the room is perfect. The staff is open to help you with changing the room, but we decided to stick with our small one for one more night since hotel was full.

Small room in the corner of the hotel to be sold for the same condition as normal double room. There are huge windows and no place to go around the bed, or next to the other person in the room.

Very good location for my business trip. Excellent value for money, good breakfast

Breakfast

Very small bathroom but overall price was attractive

- Tram right outside of the hotel- Parking at the hotel (although paid)- Pretty good breakfast

- Shower hose was broken so the water would only come out in certain positions. Because of this the water temperature kept oscillating between hot and cold.

Location is in the middle of everywhere

Rooms are comfortable but very small

Teasty breakfast. Good location of the hotel, near city center. Tram station in front of the hotel.

The booked room did not match the description in the reservation. For example the room doesn't have a water kettle.
