Nothing, everything was just great

Clean, comfortable and peaceful

Check-in was flexible. As I arrived with an early flight, I could call and leave my luggage in the room, a double bed, a comfortable, quiet room to the backyard, walking distance to the city centre and the train station. The Internet was very stable. Very good value for money

Good location close to the train station. Convenient check in procedure. Room and shower were good. Good value for money.Minor negatives: I didnt love the bulky, very hard pillow + the light by the bed didn't work. Slightly noisy but not overly so.

Trash can wasn’t clean in the bathroom and after providing the info to the hotel’s owner it wasn’t cleaned. Even after putting “Make up my room” table on the door’s handle, the room wasn’t cleaned.

Absolutely overpriced variant with a poor room equipment. Too cold in the room (mid of March), and they event switched-off the heat in the night (?!). Moreover a cleaner opened the window (why?!) and it became cooler even.

The room was cold and had no WiFi. I tried to contact the owner via the booking app and never got a response. Definitely not a recommendation.

Black Mold on the walls. Room smelled completely like cigarettes the whole time. Space Heater on the floor no real heater.

Staff was really nice and responsive. Close to the centre and has number of restaurants around.

The roon was cold and I could hear well both neighbours on the side and above my room.

Location is really central

The heater wasn’t working so it was freezing, there was no heater in the bathroom which caused an ice cold bathroom with mould in the corners. The coffee machine and the lamp wasn’t working. The bed was unstable. Could have been cleaner. The costumer service accused us to lie about those things. We forgot one apple plug there (was never found).

Clean and well communicated with public transport. Also the instructions to get in were so clear

I found hair in several places on the room and bathroom. On the shower it clearly looks like a pubic hair :(

Good, low cost option just out of the main centre of Düsseldorf, close to the main train station. Self check-in was simple.

It was a small room but as a single traveller it was fine for me.

Great hotel! It was clean, the room was very nice. The bathroom was good. The self check in system works great. Everything went well.The location is quite good. There are groceries around. Everything else was perfect.

The location is quite good since the river is quite close (1km) but I would not recommend this place to a solo female traveller since there were some people around the hotel that were throwing glass bottles on the floor. It was just an episode so maybe we had bad luck.For everything else the hotel is perfect and great value.

Easy access and good central location. Conveniently close to the central train station. Good walkable central neighborhood with many restaurants and shops around.

The room per night was quite high considering the standard. Next time, I'd do additional research to make sure there's a better value - benefit balance.
