    Pros +

    • Excellent hotel very near Main station. Excellent staff, nice room, and good breakfast.
    • Great location, not too far from train stations. Lots of restaurants around here. Especially all the Japanese Ramen shops and bookstores.
    • Very central to the train station, very clean and quiet

    Cons -

    • TV mostly German channels. Not much variety. Connection only for android phone but not iPhone phone.
    • People were talking loudly and smoking late in the night in the courtyard - not great if you want some fresh air overnight while you sleep
    • The room was small and without facilities like kettle/minibar. Considering price range you might expect these to exist. The most important thing was the shortage of shampoo and hand soap. They have left a very limited amount inside the bottle. If this was done on purpose according to number of nights booked, we do not appreciate this point of view. It is a very cheap way of limiting the customer soap/shampoo usage. The breakfast was ok but limited varieties compared to other surrounding hotels. The breakfast area didnt have sufficient tables. Mostly consists of low tables and sofas which makes it hard to eat.

The location was perfect, very close to HBF. Staff was friendly. Lobby area was beautiful and designed with "gusto". The rooms and the hotel overall was clean and neat. Checkin was very easy and instructions were clear.

The newly decorated reception entrance and bar area, very nice and cosy.

Floor 4 corridors smelt like cat pee unfortunately. I have always had a good experience at the hotel and whilst the entrance looks great, the rooms and corridors need an upgrade. I have stayed at this hotel for work for many years. I checked in late and was at an event so got to my room late. There was a blood stain and hairs in the bed. I slept on the other side of the bed but did report it to the staff on check out, which they apologized and said they would pass to house keeping.

It was very close to the train station, and it was nice that the hotel entrance required a card at night. There's a great Japanese bar very close by.

    Perfect location, in Japan center

Room is rather small, breakfast is quite simple

    Close to Little tokyo

Might have only been our room, but there was no kettle for making hot water which is a shame given the hotel is next to the Japanese grocery stores filled with instant ramen

Location is amazing, close to main train station and also walkable to main parts of Dusseldorf

I think at least a cup of coffee would be nice. We went to the breakfast area to politely ask for coffee (we are willing to pay) but one of the staff told us we can just get it since it's just a cup of coffee. When we went to get the coffee, one of the other staff that were checking room number got so hostile and demanded that we must pay. Well that was our intention in the first place to pay, but it also make sense that a cup of coffee wouldn't harm right, there's no need to be so "protective" over a cup of coffee.

location is great. central and in Little Tokyo. staff kind. pleasant and informal.

room tiny. very loud neighbors and no phone in the room to call reception and ask for help to get them to quiet down. midnight. room was not cleaned every day.

The location was perfect for transport links with the train station only being a few minutes walk away. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave us some good tips. I would definitely recommend staying here as it's also within easy reach of the old town and various other sights.

No tea/coffee making facilities or safety deposit box in the room but that wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Bar was great and breakfast. Excellent front of house staff.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing.

Awesome location, when you want to enjoy little Tokyo! The rooms are clean and the bed quite comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful!

The walls are on the thinner side, we heard everything going on at the rooms next to us.

Very friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Initially our room was set only for one traveler but the reception staff gave us the second set when we asked and were super helpful. It was no problem for us. These things happen. The hotel is walking distance from the city centre and the train station. There is undeground and tram stations around.

The location next to train station although communicative is problematic in Düsseldorf. We came back to the hotel around 10pm and there were quite a few junkies between the metro station and the hotel. No one bothered us but we felt very unsafe which after 13 years in Germany has never been the case.

Convenient location on Immermann Str. 3 minutes walk to Dusseldorf Hbf.

The room was ok , hotel location is spot on. Also the inside area was good pleasant bar and restaurant area.

The room did not have enough power sockets, bath room small as well
