It was a bit confused that the breakfast was not included!

One of the most clean and elegant designs room I have seen the bed was out of the world so soft comfortable I felt great the next morning

Nice location in the Hafen area with great view from the top floors. Spa also with a nice view. Comfortable bed & room.

House keeping ignored the do not disturb sign, even changed it and opened the room door 3 times in the morning!

No parking, and A/C didn’t work. A/C also made a lot of noise in room 611.

Every stay in this hotel has been nice so far. Always friendly staff. Always clean rooms. Amazing view on the city. Automatic blinds to darken the room at night, so the lights of the city don't disturb your sleep. Free mini bar with a few different drinks. Shower and toilet are separated and isolated from the rest of the room. Enough light and space. Gym and sauna are offered for free.

Late check-in time. Only cable television, no Netflix or Youtube. Very thin walls, so if your neighboors are being loud, you practically hear everything.

Comfortable hotel, good facilities.

Sound isolation was below par, you could overhear neighbor's phone calls. The bed made quite some noise when turning. Not ideal for a good night rest.

Great hotel with a really good location. Didn't try the facilities but the room was a good size and clean.

Blinds in the room are a bit strange.......electric ones don't close fully and you need to double up with fabric ones.

The location

The value that you get in this hotel is out of any normal boarders. We paid for 3x nights 1780 Euros and for breakfast there was almost nothing to be offered. 2 Different types of cheap salami from Lidl and 2 types of cheese. The small fruit which was also there was 2 or 3 days old almost brown coloured. The ventilation in the rooms is full with dust, probably never been cleaned. The bathrooms were also dirty and all tiles yellow. For this price you can get much much better accommodation. General thought about this hotel is that it is basically a rip-off only because it is near the water and the location is good. The hotel general is a poor 2 star hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location at the Mediahafen. The rest is average.

In this hotel you hear very loud:- the elevators going up and down 24/7- a very loud S*x night from the neighbor room. The walls seem to be made of paper. - furniture, bed and chairs loudly dragging on the floor- doors slamming 24/7The check in process took very long and we had to wait very long.The price is too high for what you get and you are only paying for the location and the view to Mediahafen. I don’t think, we will stay in this hotel again. I cannot recommend it.

Very modern, looked clean and nice staff.

The beds were not the best at all, the fan in the room made quite some noise all night long and couldn’t be turned off.

Staff really helpful and welcoming, breakfast was great, and the hotel was really modern, clean and comfortable. I could not fault you, thank you.

Clean, quirky.

A few niggles; the car park entry didn’t work; took too long to sort. Not enough staff; they didn’t know what to do. The safe and the minibar fridge were also not working.

Almost everything

The parking too expensive I only stay in the night as I was working on the messe exhibition. I understand you know when going in and going out with the remote control your staff gave me.In the end I had to pay a full day.

The hotel and hotel facilities are poor, however, most staff were friendly and very apologetic about the situation. The only thing I could answer here is that the staff were trying to make the best out of a bad situation.

No AC in the room during warm summer weather, which is below any standard for a 4 star hotel. Even in Northern Europe.No wifi throughout the stay (signal did not reach our room).Hotel prices are too high for hotel standard (deserves 3 stars at best).

The location is excellent. Had a good walk to the old town thru the promenade by the river.

The airconditioning temperature is a bit warm and the shades dont seem to work and my room was facing exactly another building across.
