A very well located hotel not far from the central area. Some great thrift shops nearby.Rooms a very good to size in a traditional decor.

An excellent small hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The triple room was spacious with all amenities (mini bar, coffee machine etc). Parking was very convenient and not expensive.

Everything was fine. Location is nice and quiet but you need either public transport or taxi to go to the center of Düsseldorf in ten minutes. Also the mattresses are a bit old but acceptable.

Very small hotel with almost no services. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Short walk to train station and also to Dusseldord Hbf.

Although I enjoyed staying there, the hotel needs some renovation as it looks the same as in the 80's, I guess. The are is quiet but there's nothing close (one Netto supermarket and one Bistro).

Hard to get in even at 7pm. No staff on desk. Room very noisy.

Or if there were two sockets and both of you are charging, one would not function. But if you charge your phone individually or one at a time, then it works.

The hotel has decorated the room for our wedding anniversary and also provided a complimentary wine to help us celebrate. Very much appreciated. The location is good and walking distance less than 100m to tram stop which can take us to the famous shopping street, Königsallee.

If you drive, can park the paid private parking garage in the hotel premises. But you need to carry your luggage through a few steps to the reception area. Alternatively you can also temporary park in front of the hotel and put down the luggage at the reception first.

reception finished at 7pm special tag on key to open outside door, transport free pass for your stay no longer available at this hotel, meant having to organise your own transport tickets.

Pleasant

On both mornings of my visit, the cleaning staff attempted to enter my room without knocking or checking if it was occupied. This happened twice within an hour on the first day and again on the second day. It was quite unsettling and disrupted my morning routine.

The staff is welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet. Nice location and convenient public transportation.

The WiFi is so so slow and other devices and furnitures are also old.

Very cosy and nice hotel. Spacious room with bath, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast tasty and varied. The location of the hotel on a quiet street with plenty of parking spaces was pleasant. Thank you to the staff and owners of the hotel for a great holiday.
