I was made to pay €3 daily for bed. I have never experience such in my life. I paid a complete payment for the room for 3 days, why should i pay again for the bed? this is very strange and unbelieveableIn the room also, there is no fridge, no provision for coffee or tee, that one can serve for himself. Its not compulsory one should pay for breakfast, with coffee or tee made available daily should be the right thing to do, And i was also made to understand, that the room cleaner only clean my room every 3 days, this is strange, until i went to complain after 2 days, then they had to clean the room. Its a bad recommendation from my experience as a matter of fact

The staff were really friendly and accepting of me being English and spoke English to me to ensure I understood everything. The space, facilities and comfort for the price was amazing!Danke!

My only issue was my hand soap dispenser didn't work, so I had to use the one in the shower - but other than that, no problems at all

Reasonable price, central location and I could check in earlier.

The location is very central, within striking distance of the old town by tram and one stop from central train station. Kempe is good value for money. The room was big and spacious, and the shower was super hot which was great.

Accommodation a little basic. Check in was in person and completely fine (she was a nice person), but i don't think i saw a receptionist at the desk more than once over the next five days.

My room smelled like old cigarettes the entire stay, the bathroom was mouldy, the bed was uncomfortable, I got woken up by a fire alarm which apparently was the third fire alarm in one month according to the neighbours, the windows had horrible noise and temperature isolation, and the staff walked in without knocking on the check-out day 5 minutes before checkout. There are also no fire alarms in the room, which I am pretty sure is illegal.

Easy to access. Staff was good and cooperative. cleanliness was good. Going in to the hotel and going out was easy. Location is perfect. there was not disturbance in privacy.

Facilities were outdated, no soffa, no digital advance TV. no netflix,There was no options for breakfast, it was just a simple pack of breakfast which don't meet the formal breakfast menu.

overall pretty good and banger for the money

wifi has modern equipment but placement is very bad and rooms get low signal

Poor instructions to check in late night.No respect for customers if checking in late nightShould pictorially display instructions for checking in.I waited 30 minutes outside on the main door to figure out how to check in.The scanner for card was not easily visible.He displays a local phone number for assistance. The owner should understand tourists don’t carry phones with local numbers. I informed this situation before check in but it was not heard.Towels were old and not compatible with the price paid

I was need just one night in Dusseldorf and for me this hotel is good option in this case. 3 min walking from railway station Wehrhahn -next one from Dusseldorf Hbf.

Despite not looking inviting from the outside, I was surprised how spacious, clean and bright the whole hotel was. The room was very clean and there was a nice touch of ear plugs because the station is right opposite and the windows are not so sound proof. A lovely, friendly lady at the reception desk too.

The dispensers in the bathroom were like what you find in a public toilet in a shopping centre, or on a train. The toilet paper provided shouldn't be allowed to be toilet paper - you do expect a normal toilet roll in a hotel.

was not the newest hotel or the most fancy, but very clean and an very helpful lady at the reception, she really added value to this place!! I stayed one night, it was a bit too expensive for what it offered in my opinion. Would I stay again? Yes. Would it be my first choice to stay again? No.

Check in was fully automated because I came late. In itself not a problem, but the machine glitched, and delayed my check in. Had to call a number for it to be resolved and was told that guests complain that it happens often. My impression is that it is not taken seriously, and that the owners think it's a user issue. However, I have used automated check ins before and they all worked really well and were a good method. In this hotel the screen and system were faulty though, and I don't think the hotel cares.The room was basic. The bathroom had a hair dryer that once I put it on, made the whole bathroom smell burnt.

Location is great, Bathroom was clean, Staff was very friendly.

Very noisy, no proper curtains, hairdryer broke in my hand which was scary.

Location very good to go to the airport. Windows are not soundproof but they gave earplugs (but I do not mind sound, so for me not a big deal). Good info for check-in

There is no sound insulation!! You can also hear the street and train. They give out earplugs.

Good hotel. The bed linen and towels are perfectly clean. There was water, earplugs, and candies in the room. On the first floor, free coffee and tea are available at any time. The beds are very squeaky but very comfortable. The location is good. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price.

The staff lady was very kind and beautiful. The location is very convenient and close to public transportation. The room was clean and spacious.

The room was quite hot, and we didn’t sleep well at night.

Good size room and space.

Noise from inside and outside. No air conditioning. Could use blackout curtains.
