Favor Hotel Königsallee

Loved the helpful staff.

Proximity to everything, breakfast area view

We requested two rooms next to each other with nice view a long time ago and our reauests were not met. Also calling the front desk twice three time at 9pm with no answer. And for a 4 star hotel you should have a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Excellent location at the heart of the city, clean spacious room, very good breakfast, coffee & tea facilities, friendly and polite staff.

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean, worth every euro. We will come back again for sure.

Everything was ok.

Very nice room with a view on the center. Location is perfect. Rooms looks good with a everything you need.

Perfect location for shopping in the city center, nice interior decoration, great breakfast

I expected a bigger room based on Booking's description

Breakfast, location.

I stay in this hotel for 8 years. The staff was always nice to me. But this time they have shouted to me! Hotel Favor please check your camera views. Disappointed. Need to check your staff behaviours.

The man checking us in was fabulous. Room was lovely, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous.

The man on nights. Not personally but he turned off the phone and left the desk. I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get a toilet roll, which he tried to avoid going to get. I think the hotel are dealing with this. That’s why I gave a 9 not a 10.

the room is very clean. the bed is very comfortable. Location exceeds our expectation. It was in the middle of all shops and very close to old town as well. In addition, it was on top of the subway station and tram station is close by.

we hope fried eggs will be availalbe at breakfast. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we will surely return if we visit dusseldorf again.

The location was fabulous, the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was very good

Nothing it was great

Clean rooms great breakfast and comfortable bed

The elevator was out of service during my visit

The staff were exceptional, location, breakfast, local gym access, room was so comfortable and quiet.

Clean. Good breakfast, perfect location

Great location , great room , nice breakfast !

Good location, friendly staff, nice room with balcony

Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

It's situated in a lovely area, quiet, but a little too far from bars and restaurants as we have mobility issues. However it is very flat and we did manage to get around easily

Location

The quality of the bed mattress was very poor. The internet speed was very low and kept disconnecting. The room was very small.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the center of the city, but still quiet at night. The staff is super kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out went smoothly.

My room's window faced the inner courtyard, where there were many air conditioning fans, so with the window open, this could be disturbing for some people, especially at night.

Excellent location if you are coming for shopping Good variety of foodBut no coffee maker in the room

I have requested connected rooms or close to each other, the rooms carport were Deluxe. And they told me that the hey will do their best. But on arrival they told me if you want same category you have to be in different floors other wise one room had to be down grade to premier and I greed but they did not refund any money as the premium room was cheaper

Great location, quiet room the fitness club you can use nearby is excellent

The first room we were shown was extremely small and also the bed was quite small
