The staff was friendly and very cooperative.

Everything was great.

The room was expensive, 160 Euro, + 20 Euro for breakfast, for a non-prime location place with average room size its a lot.

Room are spacious and very comfortable. Even too big for solo traveler.

Toilets are not big enough, especially shower cabin.

A good hotel for a business trip, with rich breakfast options and a restaurant with a very tasty dishes and very polite waiter.

My room and the facilities are well maintained and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We had a buffet breakfast and there is a lot of food choices, too bad we had to leave already. Overall, we had a good stay at the place.

I ordered a food at the restaurant the night I arrived and I find that the service is not really good. The quality of the food is not what I expected, specially considering for the price I paid.

The room is big enough, air condition works well on hot days, everything is clean. Good staff and nice breakfast. The price is reasonable. And the surrounding are calm.

Somewhat overcrowded elevators at morning. A little bit too far from the public transport points. Generally you need the car to stay.

The staff specially receptionist was all the time not there … during my check in i waited 15 minutes till a receptionist is coming

The general manager's behaviors - when we arrived he said that they do not control what booking does with their room and we should have called them directly. How is this possible? Since the hotel is listed on booking, I can book via this channel.He said that one of the room is not available, he asked us more money, but there was a very nice person who helped and calm things down. But the expectation from a general manager are much much different.The other day, I took 2 bottles of water from the hallway fridge and I did not have time to action on the payment, he came and accused me of stealing. My husband interfered saying it's a bit harsh the accusation and then the general manager tried to save the situation.I would like to be called by someone from hotel to talk about my experience.

Fantastic rooms and super comfortable beds. The staff are all very frindly and helpful.

Bar service and the opportunity to open the windows also 8th floor.

I spent 837,00 for 3 nights during Prowein ( it is theft for this kind of business hotel) far from the exhibition center by car or taxi.Elevators old and slow.Breakfast not bad but it is not breakfast for 280,00 euro for night rate.bathrooms very old , need renovation ,
