Everything went as you would hope and expect with a hotel stay. Nice staff, easy checkin/out, clean room, descent breakfast.

The bed covers are a bit undersized, but this is true for most hotels with duvet's = cold feet.

Public transport (bus, metro tram) right outside the hotel, very convenient for getting around. Lidl is just down the street. Comfy, clean rooms. A little noisy if your room is facing the street, but quiet otherwise.

No kettle in the rooms so no access to hot boiled water for tea or coffee. You have to go downstairs to reception to buy a hot drink from the vending machines. Also no refrigerator.

Location was near the metro and bus station. Staff was helpful.Requested for early check in by paying extra charges for it, but they denied it.They dont give early check in. Location wise great and there are lot of eating options opposite the hotelLidl is opposite the hotel at 5 mins walking distance.

Atleast offer one room for early check in for big groups

Loud at night (tram station, ambulance). Window isolation not good. Bad smell in the first day, gone after leaving the window open a long time.

We stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. Communication before arrival was excellent—our special request for parking was answered quickly and clearly. The hotel offers parking on-site for €10 per day, which does not need to be reserved in advance, just arranged on the day. Access is straightforward: the same code is used for both the room and parking, which was very convenient.The room itself was decent in terms of comfort, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and there was a TV.Check-in can be done either manually or through reception, giving some flexibility. The location worked perfectly for us—it was within walking distance of where we needed to be.All in all, a comfortable and convenient option for a short stay.

One small downside was the absence of a water boiler, which would have been a nice touch, especially for tea lovers.

Decent accommodation in the middle of Düsseldorf. Aldi, petrol station and everything in reach . It does have free parking spots in an underground car park but it's subject to availability

Location ist Great. You have any Transport available around the corner. Clean, friendly staff, free parking and dogs allowed. I couldnt ask for more.

I Liked everythig. Just the rooms are a Bit small. I just stayed one night so, wasn’t for me a big deal. I missed a bottle of water maybe. But it’s also hard to find in many hotels.

Check in system ist complicated for people who can't use technology like old people .there were 3 check in device but just one was OK so imagine people comes midnight and all of devices be out of order. So what should they do? No fridgrator which is in winter ok but for summer ??

The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and clean! Staff were nice.

At 15:00 check-in time, there was no one at the reception. More than 3 people were waiting and no one cared.Automatically check in machine defects.Finally checked in after 17:00.Reception said there was nothing they could do.

It wasn’t clean at all! And very noisy as the main road was right next to our window. Usually noise isn’t an issue for me. But it was really noisy.

Worst hotel experience of my entire life

I arrived at the hotel at 14:30. Between 12 and 17 there's nobody to check in just ONE check in machine. The line is long and by the time I get to check in on the machine it's 15h30. Well, the machine is supposed to indicate a code so you can enter the hotel and your room. Except I did not get anything, and had to wait outside for TWO HOURS. On the street!!! Because you can't even enter the hotel lobby!! And I wasn't the only one!!! There was a line of at least 15 people with exactly the same problem I had! And I was worried it might be a problem with my email, but no! I received invoices and all! I just did not had a room code or an access code!I tried calling every number under the sun! But guess what, EVERY costumer line of theirs is closed between 12h and 17h!! There's absolutely NO recourse!!! And after 2 hours of waiting in the cold outside, a secretary arrives and checks me in a minute!! Since it looked so easy I proceed to ask him what happened and he just refuses to elaborate and clearly indicates that "it happens" well it SHOULDN'T! I was there for a concert and missed the beginning of it, it was absolutely awful and I'll never EVER come back to this hotel chain again

Room overlooked the main road and I was woken several times each night by the sirens of emergency vehicles going past.

The parking is very convenient, as well as access to the u-bahn and s-bahn. Breakfast was cheap. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are accessible through a code. One of the locks malfunctioned, so we got a free upgrade without much fuss. Good customer service.

Vending machine doesn't accept card, which is a bit annoying when you want a midnight drink or snack.

Easy check in I’ve stayed at a 4 star hotel near by at my last visit and this hotel my opinion was much better check is simple you get your own code so you have your privacy bed pillows bathroom was clean felt like home there was ac the windows open wide. All staff was really helpful and always welcoming i will definitely be back for my next visit to Düsseldorf thank you.
