Friendly professional staff and location

AC not quite strong enough

The location is great: close to public transportation and places to eat out, but also a quiet area. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpfull. The room was great: good size beds and bathroom, and also quiet (as we've asked) with good soundproofing. Beds were really confortable! Breakfast is excelent with a huge variety of food (both warm and cold) to choose from, with vegan and lactose free options, and all fresh and tasty! Our best breakfasts in our trip to Germany were here, for sure!! The Hotel bistro was also good, the food was very tasty and staff very welcoming and helpfull. The welcoming gift on the room made our day as also the chocolate at check out!

Facility is old, bathroom is small, room also was small.

Location is good, you can walk to city center, actually you are already in the city center. Old hotel, needs renovation. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

We had a fourth floor overlooking the city. Very big windows. Big desk with one chair and an additional couch. Plenty of.space in the room. The elevator to the ground floor is see through. The bar at the lobby is lively and comfortable

Excellent location, furniture is good, the bad is comfortable.

The heating didn't work, was a bit cold in room. Tried to increase it but nothing happened.

The hotel is in a very good location. Arriving by plane from Billund, and from the main train station, its was less than a mile to walk. We were here on a business trip, attending the International Boat Show. Just 100 meters away , you,ll have the U-bahn and trams. (the line going east will take you to the main train station). Nice little park and a cafe, just on the other side of the street, and only 400 meters to one of the shopping streets and lots of restaurants near the small lakes. Really liked the hotel lobby and the bar area.The room was very comfortable. Flatscreen-tv, minibar and the best; a nespresso machine. This should be standard in all 4 star hotels, but it,s far from that. The breakfast was really good. There is everything you need. The staff, in general, was very attentive.

Nothing, really. The minibar is just a small fridge. Nothing in it, but it was not important to us, though.

We had booked a double bed room which, on arrival, the hotel couldn't provide.Our bathroom lights didn't work but hotel has no maintenance staff at weekends!Telephone in room wasn't connected.Housekeeping awful - two of us in room but only one towel supplied each day and had to keep asking for our soap dispensers to be refilled and for our water to be replaced.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Tram stop just outside the hotel.

Most of lithe staff were excellent and helpful. The bar was closed while we waited for service. Had to approach reception to be told its was closed

We had booked a room advertised as a "Double." However, upon arrival, we found the room equipped with double bed but separate bedding. Our request for a double blanket or duvet was unmet, as the hotel did not have any available. After follow-ups, we were only moved to a proper double room (with a double beddings) on the last night. It seems clear that accurate information regarding bed type (Double or Twin and bedding facilities ) and sleeping arrangements should be an essential requirement—not an optional detail—provided to guests at the time of booking to prevent such misunderstandings.

Room was very hot, breakfast was very expensive

Easy to get to by public transport and good location for sightseeing. The barman was extremely friendly and made great cocktails, the bar was a lovely size and very comfortable for hot drinks or alcohol

The cleaning was a little poor in the room there was still coffee stains on counter from previous guests and cups and glasses we had used were not refreshed but it was nothing that affected our stay

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The location is good near the main shopping street. The room is big. They gave us the room in advance which was much appreciated

The heater works on specific times I didn’t find a parking at all during my all stay which made it harder to park somewhere else and walk in cold weather The cleaning process can be improved found some bugs in the room maybe they should have pest control

Housekeeping & cleaning the rooms needs improvement as the service is not consistent. Soap dispenser is difficult squeeze & water not available.
