Easy parking, helpful staff.

We received a room in the corner (406), which was very cold. Upon complaints the staff provided us with an extra heater which partially solved the problem.

Room was clean & breakfast was good

They did not returned our block money its 2 month already passed its really disappointing us ...

Signage from airport arrival to hotel was poor

breakfast is very good. location is excellent.

The entrance lounge area was closed off by ugly plastic sheeting and no one could tell me when this facility will open again. Then the lifts failed, the service lift needed to be used by guests. causing long delays. The lifts were still not fixed upon check-out 4 days later. Not acceptable!

Warm, comfortable and clean room. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great!

The Sauna and Location

There were hairs in the bath which we so wanted to use, but didn't. The evening staff was moody and not so helpful. The day staff was nice.

De price , I think to expensive of you compare it with H2 hotel Also showering in a bath tub is not so nice and more dangerous.

Location and stayed there before many years ago

High price but booked last moment and didn’t realise would get points as booked on booking.com rather than hotel web site

€26 for breakfast is a bit steep even tho it’s all you can eat there’s only so much you can eat early in the day.

Nice hotel! Very kind & friendly staff that were very accommodating. (Especially Elena who looked up the routes for me!)Overall it was just like the pictures showed. So that's what you'll get.

My room (1017)'s shower had a little hissing noise coming from the shower hose when it was turned on. No leak just a little sound. (This was pretty much no problem at all really. Shower functioned just fine overall!)

Everything it was good from the hall to lifts and the rooms very good.

Apart from the restaurant didn’t have much choices.

Ease of reservation process, excellent breakfast , comfortable bed.

Bathroom was a little tight on space portions of the property looked a little dated, parking was an extra charge and the payment machine took only cash.. Some of my reservation details were not transmitted to the property.

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was well-located for the Messe and the Aldstat. Good selection at breakfast and the room was comfortable enough.

I would have preferred a walk-in shower, and location wise there was very little within walking distance.
