B&B Hotel Düsseldorf-Hbf

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast great, staff great. Great location.

Bathroom was shockingly small. Very uncomfortable to use the loo and shower. I was rally shocked by the size of the bathroom. We travel all around the world BUT this bathroom was a first. WiFi was NON existence. I always say, the executives of the company should book in for a stay to experience the room.

Good price for the location. Hotel room is neat with needed facilities.

Bathroom is on a small side, especially around the toilet seat. Room keypad lock is a hassle compared to using a card.

Very convenient location. Few minutes walking distance from Central Station.

Bed wasn’t so comfortable. To enter the room you get a code which is good HOWEVER… this means you (and everyone else) has to type the code in the door keyboard which is loud and annoying (everytime anyone presses any button you hear a beep… and imagine!) So sometimes you hear this noise in the middle of the night!Breakfast is very basic.. only warm food where boiled eggs… rest was cold items (yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese, etc)

Nice bad, clean room, nice staff, good location and silent Generaly great place.

AC couldn't heat room enough so in winter time, u figer. that was not good.

Location, room comfort

Size of the bathroom a little small

Good location, cloas to centra train/bus station and city center. Clean, good staff

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the shower worked great. The location is very convenient, it’s just a short walk from the train station. Be aware that the surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe at night, so it’s best to stay cautious if you’re walking around after dark.

The location could not be more central, as it is right next to the Dusseldorf central station. The prices were cheap and the staff friendly, as I arrived 3 hours before check-in but they still let me into a room right away.

The facilities are a bit old, such as the bathroom and the AC. The bathroom in general was tiny. Enough for my short stay, certainly, but less impressive than some of the other B&B hotels I've stayed in.

I arrived early directly from my flight and the hotel staff was so accommodating and let me check in right away! ??

I only spent one night there between my connection flights, but it was a perfect place for such a stay: close to the central railway station, very clean, fast check in, lots of power sockets to charge all your gadgets at once.

The air conditioner wasn’t working. It was hot in the room. There were also some sticky stains on the floor next to the bed.

Good location just few minutes can arrive hotel from station

Toilet is really small(based on my room ) , I think need to upgrade to big room if need to stay next time

Nice room, good location. Everything was clean.Very good for a weekend trip.

Room is a bit small.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. We stay in disseldorf regularly and this is one of the best hotels we have been in.

Good location;Clean rooms;Strong WiFi connection;Proper AC.

Bathroom was too small.

This was the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel. The 2nd time it has been called the B&B, before that it was Ibis. Location right next to the station is ideal, and we find it great value for money. Staff are always friendly and you get what you pay for.

Bathrooms are small, but this is to be expected. Also the beds didn't seem as comfortable as previous visits.

10 minutes from the main railway station, good value for money, plenty of restaurants around, 30 minutes by foot from the old town. Room was good and clean, stuff was helpful

The pillows were too big and soft

Rooms are very old , small and uncomfortable, the bed is very skinny, no welcome water no cattle no telephone to call reciption from room , absolutely deserving lower than 1 star

Same as above

Pleasant

I was locked in my room by the electronic system that didn't work at all, I had to phone someone from reception to unlock me! Which is absurd. My advice is for guests to be careful because sometimes the system can lock you out for a long time without them being able to leave their room!In the case of a hacker, you can't log out if your system is locked, and it can lock you out. This system is dangerous and not safe!

The staffs are nice and helpful. The location is good enough.

The problem that room was very cold and i had to turn the heater myself and wait for hours and hours ?.
