Cleanliness and everything was ok in general, without anything extra.

The coffee machine was faulty, very poor quantity of goods offered in breakfast buffet. No feeling of extravagance was the general concept. Everything was just admissible.

For sure the best hotel we stayed during our EuroTrip. It was clean, very comfortable and spacious, easy toget in and out, clean and have a complimentary elétrica fan wich is a must in the summer!

This hotel is self check-in etc without much of a lobby area or 'common' room, so it’s not really for people who want a true hotel or hostel experience

All information and notification for access of the hotel, check in-out, and registrations sent by email were only German language. If it’s important, English should follow in the email.

The shower was very good. Lots of hot water.The location was very central, which suited our needs.

For what was described as a 'Digital' hotel to have no available wifi in room (none day one, intermittent day 2/3) was disappointing. The toilet was not as clean as expected on arrival. The courtyard area was noisy with arrivals at odd hours (05h00 Sunday morning).Don't book room 401 (ground floor) the smokers' bench is right outside the window - noisy and second-hand smoke all hours of day and night.

Self check in and check out 24/7 , nice location, clean, kitchen in the room.

1. Housekeeping does not do good job at all, checked in w no paper supplied, only bed made did not clean the room. I'd rather you do not do or do it correctly. Floor never been vacuumed or cleaned. 2. Keep sending email for pre-checking very confusing. 4 rooms received over 10 mails.

The room wasn't cleaned well. The kitchen countertop was dirty when I used the napkin to clean it, it was brown later on. Also I found an empty tin can under the bed. The carpet under the bed was so dusty as well (clots of dust).

Luggage was kept for us for some time after check-out.

Breakfast was 1 euro more than Booking.com reported (14€ vs actual 15€).Tables were not wiped properly. Curtains had stains.

Location is fantastic, only minutes walk to old town.

The on-line check-in was a bit confusing at first, but all went well with help of front desk staff.

The appartments are located very well, in Carlstadt, very close to Altstadt!No breakfast included, but there is a tiny kitchen in the appartment.

The check-in time is very strict, no flexibility possible.The check-in procedure is fully digital, could be made a little more easier.

The staff were so helpful. The property was immaculate. Getting in and out was so easy! It was also in a fantastic location.

No Aircon so you had to open the windows to get air movement and it was very loud outside. There was also no smart tv to access my streaming services.

The rooms were really spacious and well appointed. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were great too. The car park area feels safe and secure and was really appreciated as we were travelling by motorbike. It is very central to the city centre and there are lots of lovely bakeries nearby for breakfast. It's not a luxury hotel, but it far exceeded expectations and would definitely use it again.

The automated check-in facilities were disappointing. I could not book in on line as booking.com removed all web links from communications from the hotel. If it weren't for the staff staying late to welcome us we would not have been able to access our rooms - this is meant to be an unstaffed reception and entry is by PIN code. We were very fortunate the staff chose to wait.

Location, parking in the yard, but otherwise it’s just a student dormitory with separate rooms for accommodation.

There were a lot of problems upon check-in, despite pre-registration, we had to call the operator, we were asked to re-register and only after that we were given a code for entering the parking lot and a code for the room.The owners need to think hard about how to simplify the algorithm for checking in and entering the parking lot.It is impossible to stay in such a room in the summer, a fan will not help!
