It was very clean and quiet place

The stuff were nice except one of them was very tough and didn't want to help me he was at the hotel at 2nd of jan. Am (note : my accommodation was from 27 of dec. Till 2nd of jan. )because I 've made extension the last two days

Located 10 minutes from Tram no. 1 ( I think ) that took us to the Alstadt/Little Tokyo. We used this as our base for sightseeing. Plenty of spacious parking beneath the property at reasonable cost -15.50 euro per 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage for check in later. We did not have breakfast, just because we knew we'd find plenty of choices in Little Tokyo and the Chrismas Markets. Our beds were twins, which was fine. Little kitchenette with coffee for morning. Yippee! Small stove top, refrigerator and microwave as well. Nice, spacious shower and toiletries. Lovely lobby with bar and a few food choices as well.

It just needs a bit more signage. It's actually two properties adjacent. A bit confusing, from the parking garage, where the front desk is located. Otherwise, staff was very helpful with directions/public transportation information and would stay here again when in Dusseldorf.

The ceilings are high so the heater heated the room limitedly, it was a cold day so i felt cold in the room.

The atmosphere conveyed a distinctly minimalist approach, yet the shortage of staff was immediately apparent. Early in the morning, the fire alarm sounded, disrupting sleep and creating a sense of unease. Unfortunately, no formal apology or meaningful compensation was offered to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the incident.

Location and price were good.

Nothing is efficient about the hotel. Parking is paid and the parking garage was stinking. Elevators are too far away. And a random guy knocked my door in middle of the night (2 am) and I don't know what the heck it was about.

The hotel room and staff were great

I know is meant to be near the airport but if you don't have a car, is not much convenient since there isn't much nearby.I wish they had more things to offer as food

Great room at excellent value. Well equipped, very quiet and clean. Close to the airport for an early departure or late arrival.

Very expensive parking compared to room charge.

Modern, clean, comfortable, great value the breakfast was only €1 more at booking, and totally worth it.

The hotel staff mocked the woman checking in due to their difficulty in understanding her accent. Although I understand that it was a frustrating situation for them, they absolutely disrespected her by making fun of her in German, likely thinking neither of us would understand. I made a point to speak to them in German and they were shocked for some reason and started acting “nicer” towards the lady. The property is nice, I would absolutely stay there again, as long as I’m willing to shell out money on Uber rides, as it’s inconveniently located for public transport.

Apartment / room very new I would say. Unfortunately we had a disabled room which shower didn’t work to its best, water drainage. Internet was not accessible for almost 2 days in our room. No phone in the room in the event we needs some information from reception or emergency. Overall staff was nice and friendly…

Clean bathroom and comfortable bed

They didn’t have heaters inside the room so we had to use the air conditioner to warm up the room. But it was making air soo dry that i woke up every morning with blood in my nose. I got sick after 3 days and couldn’t attend the fair for couple of days. This wasn’t just me though, all my colleagues had the same problem. Definitely something wrong with the ac!

To be honest, nothing. New building but still in construction.

Terrible staff, it seemed I was there as a favor.Located literally in the middle of the parking lot for Mercedes Bens Sprinter vans manufacturer. Construction workers everywhere.

Facilities and price.

Extremely poor interface between booking.com and the hotel. This is the second German property I have had this issue with booking.com

Great breakfast

Bad location, 10 mins of walk to the nearest bus station

The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant.

The water pressure in the room with the double bed was quite low, which made showering a bit inconvenient.

We booked a double bed and we got two single beds. Which was divided by an light on the wall so you can’t really push the two beds together
