Pros +
- Been a while since a hotel exceeded what I expected. Beautiful room, high quality finishes, awesome shower, great location. Normally I factor the quality of a gym in my review, but I didn't get a chance to use it
- It was both a hotel and a museum...amazing place. Fantastic location on the edge of Altstadt - old town - close to trains
- This was an exceptional hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Great location in the center of all the action, but quite due to the large courtyard with high walls on each side that kept the noise to a minimum.
Cons -
- Nope - was a great hotel.
- Cost - but that was not a surprise
- Really have nothing to complain about.

- Great location- Converted old monastery to hotel with plenty of museum worthy pieces displayed throughout- New + modern rooms / facilities- Great staff, from the bell crew and the receptionists to the waiters and cleaning team- Decent WiFi
Really have nothing to complain about.
The staff was amazing, super friendly
We loved everything about the hotel. The fact it has history behind it is even more of an attraction. 100% in all aspects and would definately and have already recommended.
