- Within the train station, really cheap, simple but effective
- The hotel was clean, check in was easy and staff was nice. Location was strategic to get to train station.
Cons -
- A bit old ,, need renovation
- A bit old ,, need renovation
- The bed - it was a thin mattress placed on a bed frame with a foam-filled 'underlay'. The pillows were a bit thin and hard. I've been to other Ibis hotels, but this one was very basic and the bed was uncomfortable. There was hair from the previous occupant in the bathroom.

Great location, easy access, friendly staff
Smoking area shut after 10pm
Nice staff, pretty quiet considering its location, very good location
Adjoined to the Main Train station. Excellent location. Room was standard IBIS room. Comfortable bed, good shower.
Decent Hotel with nice staff. Breakfast wasn't very nice ay €17, but the beds were comfortable and overall good value for money.
The breakfast
Have stayed at this Ibis often. Location is great, service always friendly and accommodations great. Can highly recommend.
Excellent price, location and value for money. The ease of the entrance from the station is perfect for an early start. The room was functional but comfortable and clean.
Bed was a little on the hard side. I also felt that the bathroom could have been updated and refurbished.

Property room condition as power point was not working
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Everything in and around Düsseldorf is within no more than 30 minutes walking distance, and if you need to, the train / U Bahn and bus are right there, together with food, drink and Lidl across the road.Cologne and Duisburg are just a short train ride away.Staff were brilliant.
It might not be great for families (or a romantic getaway) with the bustling location and potential issues with the homeless and beggars inside and outside the station. It became a bit tiresome after a while. However, the police are a visible presence in and around the hotel.I would've liked a kettle. But the staff were happy to give me hot water for tea.
Very close to the train station, bus and tram stops. The size of the room is good for twin rooms.
The hallways outside the rooms smelled a bit like stinky shoes / rotten eggs. They didnt provide complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. Pillows were super flat, like sleeping directly on the mattress only.
The staff their and the breakfast was fantastic. A huge thankyou to Bahare behind the front desk, who was so helpful in her directions where to go etc. Thankyou so much Bahare from Andrew Souter .The room was very good and so close to the train station
I can't complain about anything really. Very nice staff.
Its location, comfort and cleanliness.
Very friendly staff. Nice people who were happy to assist in every way.
The prices at the bar were ridiculous. €9 for a simple glass of wine is way to much. Specially when there isn't any indication of prices beforehand.
