    • Location was great.
    • ---- euros a night and no breakfast included??! Clean and quiet but bad neighborhood. Rude staff that could care less about your enjoyment. This would be a $--- hotel back in the USA but --- euros is an insult.
    • Check in was available even after midnight.

    Cons -

    • I asked for a wake up to go to the airport and didn't get one. Luckily, I also set my own alarm.

    • The room was not at a good hygienic level, especially in the corners next to the beds and on the table where there were 3 glasses and one bottle of water.

Check in was available even after midnight.

The room was not at a good hygienic level, especially in the corners next to the beds and on the table where there were 3 glasses and one bottle of water.

    Disappointing

A friend of mine suffered severe cuts on their toes and the sole of their foot due to the unreasonably dangerous bathtub design in the bathroom, bleeding heavily on the spot. I rushed to the front desk in panic to ask for assistance. While the staff showed basic concern, the first-aid kit at the front desk was completely inadequate and unstocked: there were no band-aids, no saline solution, only a few pieces of outdated gauze and useless items. I felt utterly helpless and disappointed. It is appalling that a major hotel chain fails to prepare and regularly replenish basic first-aid supplies. To make matters worse, the bathroom was moldy. Seeing the deep, bleeding wound on my friend’s foot left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and outraged beyond words.

Room was okay. Bathroom especially the showercabine is rather narrow.

Excellent breakfast buffet . Hotel has a convenient location near Düsseldorf HbH

near principal transport services, it’s easy reach the enter of the city and little tokyo.the room was clean and the cleaning services very efficient. they welcomed us with some drinks and water, appreciated it!☺️

location, it’s near the central station of the city, very crowded and it’s common to see drunk people approaching to you.

The room was very spacious. Comfy bed. Large bathroom. Quite quiet apart from the noise of trams nearby. Not too loud to disturb your sleep. Good selection at breakfast. Perfect location near the train station

The landings and stairway are shabby

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during the first week of January 2026.I do not recommend this hotel at all.First of all, the rooms were extremely cold, and all three of us caught a cold during our stay.Secondly, it is impossible to sleep at night because of the constant noise from trains, ambulances on the street, and sounds from other rooms.Another issue is housekeeping. Even when requested, the room was not cleaned properly. Drinking water was provided only on the first day, and even if the room was cleaned on another day, the water was not replenished. Finally, the breakfast was really bad — tasteless, repetitive, and clearly not fresh. It seemed that the same leftover food from the previous day was served again every morning.

It is right by the hbf, and is pretty cheap.

Was not particularly clean. Reception gave us two sets of keys that didn’t work and then a physical key to the wrong room. It is very small and the elevator is a bit sketchy.

Good buffet breakfast. Very good location. Comfortable room.

Only and only the reception staff

We had very bad experience as there were bed bugs. We couldn’t sleep and we had to leave and cut our vacation. In addition we had to throw our some of our clothes to avoid having them to our house. This trip costs us a lot of money and emotional impact. The staff were very helpful and they understood how bad it’s, they accepted to cancel our stay and we got money back for the days we didn’t sleep. The location of the hotel is nice but you will meet a looot of weird junkies people in the street who want to sell you things. Or try to steal your stuff. The hotel has only 6 parking spots, so be prepared for 2 hours searching for parking after you arrive.

    6SoheilPosted on: 12-23-2025

The location was near the centrum

No parking, it was full , the building and rooms are old , our room had no view, the hotel is in a old neighborhood it seemed like

    7GerdPosted on: 12-14-2025

The hotel is alright for a short stay. The rooms are clean, the beds are good. The breakfast is good, it has everything a German breakfast brings, No complaints. The station and metro are only a few hundred meters away. We left are car on a Park+Ride parking and came by tram.

I would suggest earplugs when you have a street facing room. The trams and busses run quite late/early and can be noisy. The corners in our room could need some extra vacuuming.

    2ZackPosted on: 12-13-2025

It was moderately clean and close to the station

It’s extremely noisy right in front of trap track and lively taxi drivers and people and most annoyingly you could hear every word uttered by the neighbouring guests. And there were this clicking sounds so rest assured you will not get a good night sleep

Central location, Staff friendly, easy check-in, very clean and tidy. Breakfast- good variety of food.

    3ErickPosted on: 11-1-2025

Location was very convenient, especially for us traveling back and forth from Düsseldorf Central, that was the good thing about our stay.

The carpet in the room was filthy, stains everywhere, they have not cleaned the carpet for years, it was disgusting to say the least. We booked a room for 3 and they only had 2 decent beds and one very uncomfortable setup bed. I don’t understand why they charged me for 3 people when only 2 people were able to have a proper rest. If you don’t have rooms properly furnished with decent beds for 3 people DONT offer rooms for 3 people!! There’s also the tram train passing by every 3 minutes and it’s noisy but that was the least of our problems.

Literally 2 mins walk from Dusseldorf main station. The area is a bit seedy round the hotel but that's Dusseldorf for you! Beds were nice and comfy and rooms a good size. The old town is easy access via metro.

    7HindsPosted on: 10-27-2025

    It's location is great.

I was in the room for 4 nights and is was not cleaned or bedding changed once, also cold all the time.
