Hotel Wurms

It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpfull.

It is outdated, very small lift and the breakfast was very small and poor. It’s like 1 square meter of choice. Expensive parking.

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is good and clean rooms. The location of the hotel is great plus, in a quiet zone but close enough to reach the animated city center on foot

The sofa bed for the kids were not comfortable, the pillows and the towels are aged and could be renewed for more comfort.

The staff was very nice, the hotel looked very clean, the room was also very clean and had all the necessary, we only stayed for one night, but it was a very good decision to spend the night in Düsseldorf and in this hotel which is very close (walking distance) to the central station. Finally, the hotel was very good for the price.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. We used the parking of the hotel, which was at short walking distance of the hotel. Hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (+/- 15 mins walk). Clean room.

There was no airconditioning in the room in over 30 degrees weather so sleeping was very uncomfortable.The towels provided were in different colors and old and dingy on top of that. And we were charges for every tiny little “extra” thing. We had to pay almost €100 extra because our rooms were short of one bed, even though I initially booked for the right amount of people in my family. Very bizar. Even a small coffee from their breakfast bar in the morning was €3,50.

Room was nice and clean. The location is great, very close to the old town and a few minutes walking to the main train station.

The personnel were helpful, we were greeted with all necessary information and help in our stay. The service was very good, 24/7 reception and flexibility. The hotel was very quiet and private, there was a market just a few meters from the hotel, facilities were very good and clean, standard in line with expectations.

The hotel lies in a rough neighborhood. There are some sights and scenes on the way to the hotel a person would like to avoid, but we didn't run into any trouble even at night. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, to enjoy the rest of our time in Dusseldorf before we headed back to the airport, but the hotel didn't offer that on that day.

The hotel was well located near to Dusseldorf train station (5 minute walk) and the rooms were very clean, secure, spacious and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Dusseldorf again.

Pillows were very flat and not really pillows, oddly shaped and not plump.

Decor is slightly dated

The hotel was beautifully kept and very near the train station. We could walk everywhere from that location.

Although the location was great for convenience, it wasn't the prettiest. It was a safe area.

Nice friendly hotel. Good beds and decent breakfast. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the parking space was convenient. Hope to come again one day.
