The room design is slightly off track as you enter through the bathroom... I take this aspect as something unique. The breakfast & room view were great.

For me it’s the best hotel in Dusseldorf. Comfortable beds , great rooms modern and clean , one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever been in . Friendly staff and willing to do everything they can to help with the smallest issues if you had one. Great location. Luxurious hotel , it is definitely a five star hotel .

The view from the room was the building next to hotel but still we were able to see the city and the river.

Car parking is very expensive. 35€ per night. It should be free for hotel guests.

We enjoyed the hotel decor, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness and both the reception and spa service

We found unacceptable that even though it was reported to the reception staff a couple of times, the shower issue in our room was never resolved. Basically the jet was weak and the hot water was barely coming out.Also, the minibar was not refilled daily.Last, the bar service was not up to such a hotel level. The guys working there were unorganized and all was chaotic.It is not their fault, they are young but someone on top of that is necessary to train and guide them properly.They were so busy that some could sound rude.

There are many!!! The Nespresso coffee machine doesn't work, the restaurant is poor, and the prices are variable, just so you know, you all have a problem, exploit it the people !!! Thank you !!!

The pillows were smelly, staff unfriendly. We called reception and room service many times for different things and they took very long time to reply.

Room was great as I had booked a suite but wish it had a better view. Breakfast was good but would have preferred some fresh juices.

The Club lounge should have had more variety of food and drinks as it was quite expensive to be staying in the suite.

The rooms were clean, views were great.

Its an amazing view from here ... the bed is super comfortable and it reminds me of a little new york feeling. Also its a 20 to 30 min walk to the Oldtown , 5 min walk there us food spots. So everything is great walking distance with beautiful views from architecture, The Water the habor. Staff is very kind and fits to the high quality of this Hotel. It was my 2nd Stay and really enjoyed it.

We were a little dissappointed about the free Spa Area. From the Excellence of the rest of the hotel u might thinl or expect there would be a big Sauna Area or Calm Area but its pretty tiny for so much people plus the Area to calm there was no calm music n it was "loud" for a spa area and ppl can look inside from outside so not really quiet and peaceful sadly. I wished it was more spacious and to relax a better atmosphere wit possible relaxing music sounds.
