Quiet. Simple but good shower, plentiful hot water. Mattress firm. Heating worked.

Entrance clean but a bit shabby. Reading light on only one side of bed. Parking for car in courtyard. Room good for sleeping, not for spending time in.

Very comfy bed in a spacious room. Quiet street not too far a walk from the centre. Staff were very nice. Worked well for our one night stopover in Dusseldorf.

It was very comfortable stay for me. Very kind and helpful family hosting who helped everything including places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared. I strongly recommend the place. I have to say that free and safe parking in the heart of Dusseldorf was very appealing ?

Fire doors wedged open on every corridor off the main stairwell, smoke alarm removed from room, no lift. Think the hotel manager needs to address the Fire Safety aspects immediately. Very basic rooms.

This is small hotel, located at a very good location walking distance 5-7 min from the Dusseldorf Blik train station. It is also close 30 min from main atractions. I was there for business and need to travel each day to Cologne, it was super convenient.The hosts are very nice and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was simple with basic comodities, super clean, bed comfortable and I can say I slept really good over my 4 days stay even though I am a light sleeper?.I am very grateful for the plate of fruits offered to me last day as a gift from the owner because my flight was too early next morning and I didnt have where to buy breakfast except airport. Both of them do a little gestures that show you that you are welcomed and appreciated.I would definitelly come back next time I am in the city.Until our next meeting with the owners I wish them best of luck!

The stuff is excellent and they helped us to be informed about transportation, locations in the city, etc.We used additional breakfast service and I can recommend it to everyone.Location of the hotel is very good and well connected.

Everything was fine.

Room was very clean and cleaning was everyday.Very friendly stuff. Mr. Pae was very helpful in advises about public transport, way to the closest grocery, etc.Location is also a huge benefit of the hotel - tram and bus stops are very close, so you can reach Expo or airport in 20-25 minutes. Nevertheless it is very quit here and be sure - you'll rest well.

Location is fine. Small and clean rooms as well as cleaning service every day. Owner was very kind and polite.

Lack of the kettle in the room. Im used to drink hot tea and the weather was raining all the time. In such situation it's a smal minus.

Hosts are probably the friendliest in the city. The location is great, and breakfast is cute. Parking included is a gem for such a central location. Calm inner yard, you can have a good rest and recover from the long day.

I've visited in winter, and it was pretty chill in the room. Heaters didn't help much. But the host gave an extra blanket, so the night was good. The room style is pretty minimalistic, with no water kettle in the room - you can, however, go to the breakfast area, and the host will brew tea/coffee for you. These are no real "dislikes" just something useful to know in advance.

Very good location nearby public transport. Within 10 minutes you could be in the city center. Also the free parking is great.

Excellent for the price pointRooms were good but the exceptional service is what made this hotel hands down the best we stayed at in Germany. From the owner running out to greet us and help us park on arrival, to spending time chatting with us and recommending areas to visit (which unfortunately wasn't very common in other establishments), to the unbelievable cleanliness we became accustomed to returning to on our stay there. Going the extra mile wherever they could with the little details like folding up the end of the toilet roll in little triangles and sorting out the messy situation in the bathroom we left behind did not go unnoticed. Being understanding about us being late for breakfast and seeing us off at the end of our stay. Surpassed our expectations and we thank you for the hospitalityYour friends in Australia

It was a really nice hotel. Reason of the saying very good instead of perfect is that price level is higher than normal due to a trade fair .It is very clean hotel and close to public tranportation points. Mr Pae is great personality and makes you feeling at home.and also thanks for the breakfest service which is not included normally.

Great location. Great having car parking spaces. Very friendly management. Offered free coffee. Great with local knowledge.

No lift. Car park was a very tight squeeze for an estate car.

Moon is family owned and the owners are the sweetest people! immediately after they confirmed our reservation, whic was last moment by the way, they checked with us when we would arrive. Upon arrival everything was amazing. They were friendly warm and very helpful. They offer breakfast as well, but we did not have time to enjoy it. They offered usa good cup of coffe and some complimentary fruits. We stayed for one night oly but if we ever return i am sure we will choose to stay with them again.
