Pros +
- Very nice staff, first class treatment. Great breakfast and very pretty Villa. I was upgraded to suite 12 and it was very nice with a balcony and very little street noise. Fantastic lady who checked me in and also the lady there at morning was awesome
- Breakfast and staff all fantastic. The room was great.
- Great location, good price, awesome breakfast friendly staff , clean facilities highly recommended
Cons -
- A little busier than I thought as far as the location, but really easy and close to airport. I would very much recommend to anyone wanting to stay near airport but not in big city. It had a nice little town square and shops nearby.
- I really dislike the shower gel pouches. Too much waste and almost impossible to open, especially with wet hands. Get a nice, high quality gel dispenser, not a cheap plastic one, that can be refilled. Better user experience, more cost effective and better for the environment.

We arrived early but there was no problem in checking in. We had a lovely large room with good sized bathroom, with bath and separate shower, large kitchenette and walk-in wardrobe. A very good selection for breakfast. Should we visit Dusseldorf again we would definitely stay here. The tram station is about five minutes walk away with about 20 minutes journey to the city centre.
Nothing to dislike
The place was incredibly clean, the entire building was very well taken care of, the staff was super friendly and helpful and it really felt like we were visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Very personal and homey feeling. The breakfast room was superb, beautifully decorated and the food was fresh and tasty. After staying at big hotel chains in the past week, this was definitely a much better experience for our family. Our 6 year old even asked us if we could sleep there every time we drive past Dusseldorf in the future.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, perfect location
Very friendly, nice breakfast.
Very small room, no heater and certain
Perfect stay for family, cozy place and delicious breakfest very friendly owner and staff.
Delicate interior and great breakfast
A bit noisy from work on premises and poor isolation between rooms
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The family space was cozy and perfect for spending time together, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel at home.
The room design didn’t quite feel like a hotel, especially with the lighting, which could have been more inviting. The flooring throughout the hotel was ceramic instead of hardwood or laminate. While it was clean and well-maintained, it made the rooms and common areas feel colder and less cozy.
Breakfast was great. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We had appointments at the nearby hospital and it was a perfect location.
I had a wonderful stay! The room was perfectly clean with a simple yet beautiful white aesthetic design. The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was tasty. I loved your garden and will definitely be back! This is a great place for an overnight stay in Düsseldorf, and I will recommend it to my friends
The staff was friendly and it included a nice little breakfast.
It looks nice from the outside, but there isn’t really a reception area and after I went looking and found someone, the staff told me that I will be out into a room in the basement because they were fully booked. The room was cold, damp and smelled like mildew. The bathroom also wasn’t in the best shape and needed a thorough cleaning with calcium deposits everywhere. I turned up the heat and that helped, but the room was most uncomfortable. On top of that, there was not one piece of furniture that wasn’t damaged in some way. They might have better rooms upstairs, but they SHOULD NOT rent these basement rooms out for health reasons - I arrived quite late though and didn’t have time to go looking for another hotel.
Extremely clean, nice, cosy, very friendly staff, top breakfast

It's an old estate next to river Rheine. The garden is like an old park with a lot of roses. We felt as distinguished guests, and were welcomed like friends of the house.
The hotel is extreme hard to find.
Great staff, great breakfast, great location and great price
The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially in helping me order for a taxi to take me to the airport early the following morning.
Breakfast was an extremely high standard. The hosts were very helpful, assisting me with their luggage and reserving a place for me in the car park. Unfortunately another guest took my spot but they were willing to ask them to move as they had promised it to me but I said it wasn't necessary. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate . I stay here regularly and can highly recommend it.
Close to the airport, very cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, tasty breakfast, big rooms, baby cot was already in the room even though we didn’t even ask for it :) amazing service!
Not negative, just beware: if you travel with a child, be prepared to carry the stroller yourself (no elevator). If you pay by card, you need to pay 6€ more for the service.
Nice garden and.pieceful and rich breakfast. Welcomig staff.
The majority of the rooms is at the roadside with constant traffic. Windows and screen need to be closed to have some comfort. Beds have foam mattresses and are not comfortable. All in all, OK for a night on the road, but not as relaxed as it could be.
