Staff was excellent and very helpful on many levels, from check-in to check-out. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Overall, great value for the money.

Great location. A short walk to the train station and to the Kö and the Altstadt. Right in „Little Tokyo“ so plenty of great food choices.

No tea/coffee maker in room.

No nonsense hotel with simple and rather small rooms. The rooms are very calm. WIFi works well, the beds are comfortable. The sanitation is clean and works well. So an excellent place to stay in Düsseldorf when you spent most of the time outside and the hotel room is mainly for resting and sleeping.

Limited storage space for luggage. Very small desk, so not for business travelers who have to work in their room.Only a limited number of parking spaces. You cannot make a reservation and are likely to have to look for a public parking after arrival.

Staff were awesome and breakfast was excellent! They were great with my little dog too ❤️.

No fridge or safe in room.

Excellent location, great facility, great rooms!

Only one of the staff members made the stay uncomfortable. Some of the interactions with him were strange to say the least but I am not sure if that was just him trying to be funny and failing or if he really meant some of the stuff said.

Great location and warm staff. They were so helpful for everything. There is a cozy lobby for spending time. Rooms were also big enough.

This is my third stay in this hotel. It has nice design and very clean. I like its location because you are 10 minutes away from the city centre and right in the middle of the Little Tokyo district.

I used hotel's parking and it is quite expensive. I wasn't able to find alternatives around, so I suggest you plan parking ahead of your trip.

No space to store clothes. Had to live out of suitcase for three nights. A major complaint. No place to sit in room other than the bed.

The breakfast was excellent. The decor of the place was a bit kitsch but still nice. The room was quiet, spacious and fresh.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Ubahn station straight across the road from hotel and 10 mins walk from central train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Uniquely styled hotel with a great vibe.

Would have liked some beverage making facilities in room.

Perfect location, great amenities, super friendly staff!We absolutely loved our stay! We traveled by car to Düsseldorf and the hotel has a private parking area (⭐️), it’s located in the heart of Little Tokyo, very convenient for us to visit all good asian food places (⭐️). Our check-in (and check-out) procedure went smoothly and staff was so kind and sweet (⭐️) giving us a room with a view because we were celebrating his birthday. The room’s interior was modern and pretty! He used the gym in the evening (⭐️) while I was able to watch my K-drama for an hour with Netflix streaming service on the telly (⭐️). Also hotel’s wifi connection was gooood (⭐️). Did I mention we loved our stay and that the staff is amazing? (!!) ⭐️

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but that didn’t really bothered us. It’s perfect for a short stay.

A modern, nicely decorated hotel with a friendly, attentive welcome. Very good breakfast. All in all, an excellent hotel, quiet, not too far from the station and pleasant to live in.

Rooms could be a bit larger

Nice personnel. The beds are good. For the rest equipment of the rooms are quite simple. Very small table not really suitable for work. Sanitation works ok. Wifi is excellent.

Hotel is put on Booking with the mention that parking is available. This is one of the reasons we booked the hotel. However, the hotel has no parking. The public parking nearby costs 5 Euro per hour which is an extorsion.Breakfast is correct but quite expensive (21 Euro per person).
