Pros +
- This hotel has a cool, playful vibe about it - think Aloft meets W - and we would have stayed longer if it wasn't at the back end of a broader trip we were taking. Great, quirky design elements, but be sure to get the right hotel branch as there is a Me and All in town, which apparently causes confusion. With the tram system operating nearby, this was a handy location for the city centre Christmas markets, main rail station and the airport via train without the cost of being too central. Lots of cafes and social options around this smart neighbourhood.
- Early check in which was something great because we landed very early and it was cold.
- Nice hotel. Spunky interior and quick check in. With bar and restaurant.
Cons -
- More observations than grumbles. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel. We considered it a little on the pricy side, especially when my wife doesn't really eat much for breakfast. That said, the restaurant looked lovely. The bedroom seemed a tad on the small side, but we were literally there for one night so it wasn't an issue and we slept soundly. Would definitely return to this hotel if in the city again and it would be great to see the brand expand into other countries.
- Restaurant quite expensive. Ordered pasta for room dinner and wasn't supplied cutlery and there was no milk in the room for morning coffee. So had to personally aquire these. The bedding is uncomfortable, pillows are not firm enough and the bedding seems pure cotton making it "noisy" when turning/sleeping. Shower door also leaks into the room.
- There's no place to hang out in the evening. The lobby on the ground floor is very small, there's no hotel's restaurant or bar to have a drink with friends. There's a restaurant in the building but the staff wasn't polite, they told us very blatantly that the restaurant was fully reserved, so we had to leave. The parking situation is weird: the underground parking garage is quite small and has no indication about free places. We went in and found ourselves in a completely full garage together with three other cars that couldn't park either. So, we all had go awkwardly drive backwards to get out.

Breakfast was okay, the room was clean. A bit strange room design with shower and toilet separately located, but fine.

great location and nice staff
rooms very small, no seperated double beds available in double rooms, only king size, shower was with clear glass door so if you are in a double room there is no privacy at all
Location, Design and breakfast
The location was perfect, a short walk from public transport and various shops and restaurants. The underground parking under the hotel was super easy.
We would start by saying the cost of €28 per day to park our car in the hotel garage is just ridiculous expensive and left a feeling of being ripped off.The hotel bar was no longer in operation and the only way to have a drink was in the adjoining busy restaurant. The buffet breakfast was extremely busy and the staff were struggling to keep up filling things up and with enough plates and cutlery. The heating in the room was far too warm, even after turning the setting down as low as possible it was still far too warm, so much that we didn't sleep well at all, we then opened the window but as our room was directly above the hotel back door and rubbish containers the noise was very bad at night and first thing in the morning. We feel all these points could be easily reminded by the hotel company.
Very good location. Nice room and areas, and well decorated. Superb breakfast. Vibrant.
Bit to loud music. Noise of the tram in front during night. Chromecast in room didnt work.
Nice, cozy hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were super clean. Fun vibes.
It wasn't worth paying extra for the breakfast package. Breakfast services were subpar. There was no\shortage of cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. Food was also not being refilled fast enough. There was no butter. There was no water for a long time! This is the second time we are staying here in Dec. Staff always says its too busy for them this time of the year, and they just apologize. But I don't really see any improvements, second year in a row. When they already expect it to be busy, why aren't they scaling up or make improvements proactively?
Food, gym, quality of the room
Old TV without Netflix/media, free cola/water should be replaced every day along with coffee caps and tea (what was actually done)
everything! amazing design, lovely and attentive staff, fantastic breakfast, super spacious room, very close to public transport, excellent value for money
the mattress was maybe a little bit too hard
Third time booking at this hotel. Close to the center of Dusseldorf. Very quiet rooms at the top floor. Easy parking at the basement.
The hotel was very good. Suitable for business trips. Rooms are very comfortable. Far from old town and city center but the area is clean and quiet.
The breakfast was good. The size of the room was very nice. The view was great
When I entered the room I saw dirty socks on the floor , behind the chair, from previous guests, probably . The lighting is very poor in the room. .
Clean and comfortable. Modern furniture. Super comfortable bed.
Poor light in the bathroom
It is almost winter, it was cold and the central heating was not working. It was a very cold night in my room. Also there is no telephone in the room to call the reception.
No heating! And super dark, even the bathroom is dark, you cannot even see your teeth while brushing.
My stay in the hotel was perfect. Loved the atmosphere, lovely staff. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and plenty.
Nice location, good and helpfull staff
The room was extremely dusty. Even the hairdryer was full of dust
Gym.
Attitude of some of the staff at reception. Complete disaster. Also rooms are very dusty.
Could be only location
This hotel is not a place where you can relax, focus on your thoughts, or enjoy your planned activities or vacation. On the contrary, you’ll need to meticulously memorize all of this establishment’s rules, as any violation will result in immediate and automatic penalties. For instance, missing the checkout time—which is unusually set at 11:00 AM—automatically triggers a fine for “non-compliance with booking regulations.” The penalties are swift and merciless, accompanied by an absolutely inflexible stance from the entire hotel staff, including management. In my case, despite legitimate medical circumstances with documentation from my physician, the management showed virtually no understanding or accommodation. As a result, a single day’s stay ended up costing me over €1,500.Furthermore, the interior design and room ergonomics are peculiar at best. Several design choices are questionable, resulting in an uncomfortable and impractical living arrangement that further detracts from the already unpleasant experience. This establishment is definitively a one-time experience for me, and certainly not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. The city offers countless alternative accommodations where your comfort isn’t overshadowed by the constant anxiety of potential fines and rigid restrictions, and where you’ll find properly designed rooms that actually prioritize guest comfort. You’ll find far better hospitality elsewhere, where guest well-being takes priority over punitive policies.
