Excellent room, comfy bed and luxury bathroom

Coffee/tea bags/milk in room wasn’t replenished daily and we had to ask reception.

The staff was extremly nice. Among others, I fergot my phone in the Hotel and they called me after I had returned home to inform me, and send it back to me.

That’s a lie about 4*.2, 3* top.No slippers, no bathrobe, no even curtains in the shower!

Japanese toilet, comfortable bad and machine coffee with capsule every morning

The location was what made us choose it, as it was close to our friend's apartment. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had everything you need.

Each room should have a bottle opener in it. I had to go to the reception area to open a soda. As with most European hotel rooms, the rooms could have been bigger. It was hard to lay out suitcase. The breakfast did not look to have a large enough selection to justify 17 Euros a person. We chose to walk down to a nearby bakery instead.

Breakfast selection is very poor, staff at the restaurant not friendly, I have informed them that I’m allergic to milk product and they didn’t care and even refused to make omelet since most of the breakfast ingredients from milk.

Rooms facing the main street are very loud from the traffic noise, especially ambulances

Super comfortable room with coffee machine and fridge. They also refilled the coffee cups and water every day, unfortunately many hotels don’t do it.Great location: close to the main station and city center, it was also quite outside.

This hotel is a real gem! I loved the original decoration and the attention to details. The bar downstairs is definitely worth a visit even if you are not staying. Loved it!

There was only one person taking care of everything, and even if he did a great job, things move on slow. Also the personnel should follow some kind of dress code. It would definitely look more professional.

It was my third time at the hotel, the hotel is great.

The man working at the reception during the night shift was very rude. I asked for a bathrobe and slippers, and he told me I should have ordered them in advance. This was never a problem during my previous stays, and he was very aggressive about it.

The air conditioning system was extremely loud.The shower was not very convenient.And why is there a transparent door to the toilet?

typical Japanese style, small but clean and almost has everything u needs, staffs are nice, you can ask them to get what u want such as a water heater or something

Breakfast at Muze Hotel was disappointing. Limited variety, average taste, and not worth the price. Definitely needs improvement.

I liked the nice smell of the hotel in the lobby and my room. It is clean and very well located (the bus to the airport stops just behind the hotel). I have not paid for the breakfast, since I had a morning flight, but there was a coffee machine in my room and a bottle of water. Everything went great.
