Good

The room was okay, but one thing really bothered me. There is no water in the room, you have to go to reception and buy it, in our case 6 EUR extra per bottle. For a hotel, this feels unnecessary and unwelcoming, more like buying from a kiosk. I do not understand why they do not simply add a small amount per night and provide one complimentary bottle of water in the room. This detail seriously affected my overall impression, and I would likely choose another hotel next time.

Nice staff, free minibar, big rooms, very clean

Disappointing compared with many previous...

The room was too hot ... air conditioning not possible to turn temp down more that 3 degrees C.Had to open the outside window all night ... during December.Previous stay on another floor was OK. Hotel sent a guy but he was only from Housekeeping !No offer to change floors. Did not get good nights sleeps ... 7 nights !

The location and the overall atmosphere were lovely. I highly recommend. The staff were patient and kind with me when I didn’t understand something.

The bathtub in my room didn’t seem to work. No matter what knob I turned the water wouldn’t come out, but perhaps I also didn’t turn or push something hard enough. I am still glad the shower worked wonderfully!

Disappointing experience due to hidden chargesI was very disappointed with my stay because of multiple hidden fees that were not clearly included in the original price.First, during online check-in, I was asked to pay an additional €6 for no clear reason.Second, at the reception I had to pay another extra fee described as some kind of local or service tax.Third, I was charged again when returning the keys at check-out.Why were these charges not included in the original price? Transparent pricing is basic hospitality, and having to pay three separate unexpected fees feels misleading and unprofessional.I would not recommend this hotel unless they clearly explain all additional costs in advance.

Room was bigger than most of houses I lived in...... Breakfast fantastic, very convenient to have parking and even rental car service (Sixt) inside the hotel! Loved Nespresso machine in the room.

Pretty far from city center (but extremely convenient for Airport) in an office area. Little parking outside, in case you don't want to use hotel one. You have to walk a while to find a restaurant.

Large room, the gym, sauna and steam

Bathroom in the room has no privacy at all. Ac not working. Carpet on the room not very clean. Breakfast buffet minimum selection of food

Great location.

I was a little disappointed with the parking situation. I paid for parking, I went out to a concert and when we came back there was no parking available. You will think that a paid parking reservation will guarantee a space. Needless to say I had to park outside. Which defeats the purpose of paying for garage parking.

The room is wide and comfortable

I have reserved 2 rooms 7 months ago before the stay and requested only the rooms were on the same floor.When we arrived the hotel at 23:00, there is a very rude man as areceptionist and he didn't take care any of our request and cut all my comments with a "we are fully booked".I am very sure that none of the reservation staff was not interested in customer's any request. they are not taking care of the very simple request which is the rooms are on the same floor.The nonsense excuse is always the same as fully booked.How do I believe in that they couldn't arrange the rooms on the same floor for 7 months !!!

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was not open during our stay.

Clean and nice

Transparent dusche which will not make all people feeling comfortable if they are not alone in the room ( even if they are couple ) and the toilet is not fully isolated. It is not transparent as the dusche but you can see the person from outside

Very comfortable, a nice amount of space in the rooms and a great position.

Rooms a bit cold, it’s June but if it’s 15ºC outside and raining, I want to feel warm in my room and bathroom.

Not bad, but could be...

The provided invoice was incomplete and required to come again to reception for an additional invoice to include all services. Additionally, at breakfast, required additional Reception involvement and clarifications due to missing/outdated information.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have a lot of space.

The bathroom is ok, but I think there must be a door that you can close, between the bathroom and the room.It would be a problem if you go with other people(staff or partner in business/friends) not your family/spouse.For Asian people this is an issue.

The location of the hotel is very good, they have underground parking and the reception was very helpful and polite.

The room was huge very comfortable, well equipted with all you need for bussines stay in a hotel. Full buffet breakfast with variation of sweet and savoury items.

We had a short stay at this hotel. Overall, it has a pleasant atmosphere, though it does feel a bit dated in some areas. Some of the furniture, like the sofas and chairs, showed noticeable signs of wear. The staff were generally helpful, but confused not well briefed, the service could have been a bit more attentive.

The Gym was Very very tiny and no equipmentLake mattresses.The breakfast was ok but not enough food for everyone and only one staff member at breakfast to bring food or set the tables.
