Clean hotel, okay location

Breakfast room is too smallParking was a little cumbersome with needing to take key and return it to front desk

Great location and the people was very nice and warm treat, specially Sir Oliver who was at the front desk when I arrived and was very helpful giving me instructions about security and direction. We shared a couple of stories and it was very friendly and nice.

Good location if you want to be near the train station approx 8 min walk, 15 min walk to city centre. In little Tokyo area great Asian restaurants. Boutique style hotel, nice room and bathrooms, friendly check in.

At first the hotel was hard to find, maybe fault of good maps - but it was fine in the end.

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable! The service was good.

The cigarette smell was very strong in the hall, and the room also lacked ventilation, so we had to leave it open all evening. The Double Superior room was not really worth it.

Great Location, good customer service. Room was small but comfi and clean, with a balcony. Breakfast was plenty and got more bacon on request. Luggage can be left as well.

A little dated in some corners but gives it also charme.

The hotel was so warm & cosy. Friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.

It was fantastic but if you want to walk out of your hotel and be in the centre well it’s about a 10 minute walk

Good location for us, near Dusseldorf HBF station and little Tokyo, friendly staff.

We were in the top room of the lady hotel which is on the 4th level. There is no elevator which makes it awkward bringing bags up. As it's the top level the roof tapers in making it feel a bit cramped.

This place is a little jewel, well located, charming and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Great quality of bed and pillows, quiet at night, super friendly staff.

The only improvement suggestion would be to place a mirror in the room or bathroom in a lower position to allows also short people to see

Good location 10 min walk from rail station. Excellent breakfast in spacious breakfast room. Warm welcome at reception. I would book again.

I would give them 11 if I could. I stayed in one of their apartments across the street and so had to cross over to No. 18 for breakfast, but for that breakfast, I would have readily crossed half of Duesseldorf. The best part of the mornings was the fabulous Frau Mueller and her competent and ever helpful colleagues. The perfect start of the day, every day.But the hotel and its staff really excelled when I returned after a nasty accident. They went out of their way to get my damaged and bloodied gear fixed in no time, graciously rearranged my booking to fit in my hospital stay, and made sure that I was taken care of in every way, Sheer bliss!And a final short note about the hotel garden: This little green oasis just a few minutes from the main station is the perfect place to unwind.

That I couldn't take Frau Mueller and her team home with me.

Breakfast was superb.

Therr was no safe and no phone in the room ehich is unusual.Also no drinking water or message about drinkable tap water
