Convenient & comfortable for airport. Walkable to terminal & good bus links.

food was not bad, maybe acceptably good, bar staff working good

No priority for hotel guests to have dinner, hotel takes people from other hotels and no place left for hotel guests. No airport shuttle, that adds additional 30 euro (at least) to hotel cost. Missing airport shuttle increase the day travel budget and if You want to go to Messe, you have to pay actual taxi fee (up to 29 euro) instead of Airport-Messe fixed fee policy 25 euro flat. Restaurant space is like university canteen and has no feeling of being a restaurant at all, but food is OK. One cannot sit and relax as the interior has nothing to do with enjoying the wine. You eat and leave ASAP. One stays just because no other options available.Showers has no door, so you cannot enjoy hot water after long work day without flooding the hotel and making damage, stressful and not possible to keep bathroom dry for you partner

Room cost was very high for type of accommodation

First night I had a double bed room with 2 separate beds, which were too small for me. The next day I was offered to move into a double size bed with more comfort for me. I appreciated this offer !!

Everything was ok for me. Nothing to complain about.

I had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I absolutely loved the decor in the room — everything felt stylish and cozy. Overall, everything was really nice, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

- The hotel is at walking distance from the airport, about 20 minutes. - The room was nice and clean.

I love a bath but the shower was lovely..

Good location within walking distance from both the airport terminal and S-bahn services to Dusseldorf central, very spacious and clean rooms, restaurant food was very tasty, ATM in the lobby for convenience.

The couple times we used the TV it didn't seem to work properly, either because of the systems in there or the remote, not sure which. Otherwise, no real problems.

The fact that the personal was so nice and despite having a technical problem with the access card, they circumverted it. Also was very helpful with food and attractions recommendations
