Nice hotel. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. We were not able to get cleaning services because she came around so early in the morning but we got clean towels every day.

The location was near the christmas market. I liked the design of the room and the staff was friendly.

It was very hot in the hotel. There was no AC available. We opened a window but that didnt really work. (we stayed at the hotel in december)

At first, the heater in our room was not working. A staff member immediately offered us another room, and they were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is central very close to the station.

The room we got was extremely small, but what you see is what you get.

The hotel's location was fantastic; we could walk everywhere. The best thing about the hotel was definitely Ms. Lejla Hajrizi, she was so helpful in every way.

Location was perfect and central. Parking options also very close. Breakfast was good although quite pricy compared to what you get.

I booked a double room but got a twin and the mattress on the other bed was very uneven. Otherwise the room was nice and spacious. At the check in the receptionist refused to speak English and barely spoke a word anyway, just handed the keys to us, we found it a bit rude.

The staff is superfriendly and very helpful. They treated me and my friends wonderfully. Lejla was the best, offering service with a genuine smile and personal attention. We felt welcome, seen and appreciated. The breakfast was very good and diverse, offering enough options for people with specific diet restrictions.The bed was super comfy. And the toiletries wereso nice my friend bought a bottle to bring home.

We shared a room with 3 people, but that might have been too much for the roomsize we got.

Excellent location between Little Tokyo and Altstadt with easy access to the subway and the central train station. Comfortable room and friendly staff.

The air freshener in the hallways was a bit too pungent.

A little bit in need of update like paint chipped around door frames, floors of low laminate qualifying the bedroom, a little bit of mold in the bathroom, all little things that gives a bit of a dated impression
