They Made up for the mistake to give us free Breakfast

We reserved a three person room and when we came the staff said the room was already taken by mistake

The beds were very good and you don’t hear the noise from the hallway.

We slept in room 483. The right window no longer had a shutter and could not be darkened. There was mold around the window and in the corner of the wall. They had pinned a piece of wallpaper over the mold with thumbtacks. The sockets sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t.

The place is clean and the staff were brilliant. The parking as advertised is limited and parking on the street could be very challenging.

Friendly staff, warm in winter, building was beautiful and room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, staff were so friendly at reception, and the were so accommodating to my language barrier and helped me so much. They gave me extra blankets and even helped me book my uber to the airport, getting me familiar with the area for restaurants I wanted to go to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on business or leisure

Easy to reach by car, easy check in, free parking

A bit old fashioned, room doesn’t seem very clean, especially the carpet. We had no shower towels, had to go down to the reception to get it.Breakfast was basic, not much choice.

Conveniently located for what I needed it for.

Bedroom lacking items/facilities which frankly should be standard no matter how cheap the room. I’ll forgive the lack of tea/coffee facilities which I think it should have, but it should definitely have a safe. Also cannot believe pillow rationing - one pillow and a thin single duvet? Come on guys, I’m a fully grown adult and you’ve let me have a double mattress. Had to use a hoody as a second pillow and a coat to pad out the duvet. Woeful.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome. They spoke excellent English and were super helpful with public transport information.This is the perfect place to stay for exploring Düsseldorf.

Staff was really great and helpful. They let us store our luggage after we checked out. We then spent the afternoon in the city center. After we returned for our luggage in the evening, we stayed in the reception lobby waiting for our train to arrive.Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Nothing to complain aboutThe 0.5 point down is that we'd appreciate a small fridge. But that's just a minor preference..

This was my 4th visit to the hotel as it is located very near where I need to be. When I first stayed there I felt a bit unsafe as it was dark and a bit strange. However, it appears there is new leadership and the changes are GREAT!Bright and clean with upgraded room things - I was happy to see these good changes.

I joke - but I think they have the slowest elevator in Germany!

I stayed there for just one night, I didn't have breakfast, the bed is comfortable and rooms are clean. The room was quiet and blinds were sufficient to keep the room dark in the morning. It's not a kind of hotel I would usually choose to stay in for longer but it's perfect for a one night stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the massage chair in the lobby. The location was great for me because I was there to visit my husband in the hospital which was a short walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was good, specially with the hot fresh croissants! Housekeeping was also tidy and clean. The hotel's location was one of the best things about it; right next to a tram station and a REWE store in the neighborhood.

The room was clean but it didn't have a safe box and there was no fridge, also no slippers. Another important problem was that there were no sockets near the beds to plug charger etc. Also in the bathroom there were no toothpaste. The TV only had a few German channels, no news or movies in English! Also we sometimes waited for so long to catch a staff at reception.

We stayed here as I had to be in the University hospital. Could not have found a better place so conveniently located where my wife was so well looked after.Everything was goodComfy room with one of the best bathrooms I have experienced. Good breakfast. Front desk very helpful at all hours. Located in a quiet street.

In common with a lot of German hotels, there was no facilities to make a hot drink.

Cozy, great location and has everything one might need. Can only recommend it.

I personally don’t like to sleep in a couple’s bed that’s actually two single beds brought together. One person always ends up falling in the hole. Since hotels are offering a room for two people, they could have a proper bed for two people. Rooms could also have a mini fridge.
