Novotel Duesseldorf City West Seestern

Staff is great, solve all issues and requests with pleasure.

Room could have some furniture like sofa or chairs.

Good values with kids. Great breakfast. Clean. Easy to centre with public transport

Location, breakfast. Size of room

The staff was very polite and swift to action.Great pillows. Not the typical hotel "piles of fluff"Location was good for my needs

The furniture looked a bit used overall. Floor had dark spots and even darker spots under the bed sheets

Great breakfast, good value for money overall

Parking not included and is €20+ a day. No free parking around. Through breakfast manager has decided not to serve coffees from coffee machine claiming it’s broken. Rooms a bit dated.

staff very friendly and answered all the questions we had regarding transportation in town. Very easy with metro just around the corner. Room clean but small for 4 people.

Room was small for 4 people. Sauna only 'activated' after 5 pm.

Just Location!

Bathroom!Heater ist so laut and not good! Like a disaster! Beds!

The only point I would highlight is a service. Stuff was very pleasant and helpful as well as professional. The bed was comfortable with little bit harder pillow but this is what I like.

I have had a feeling like time have stopped in 90's in this hotel. Entire look of the room, furniture and bathroom was looking quite old. I was also not happy about the cleanness. I could see the dirt in the bathroom, there was also textile curtain with black stains which were out of mould most probably.Breakfast was also so, so... Baguette was not fresh and crusty but gummy and smelling old. I was also rejecting a ham which was having a sour taste and slimy on surface. I found this disgusting.I could not get rid of impression that the hotel was trying to safe money everywhere they can so they were cheating in service.

Room was clean and spacious

Toilet broke. The additional bed for kids was very uncomfortable.

Location, clean

The bed and mattress is not comfortable

Bedroom was wide and well lighted, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great.

Bathroom bathtub was old and with curtains, not the preferred option but was clean

Clean, great service, very helpful staff. I recommend to everyone, great for families

Large room and Mini Fridge. Clean and Tidy. Walls presented clean and likely recently painted.

Carpet a little old, faint smell of smoking in room. Air-conditioning would not get room below 24 degrees despite being put to the lowest setting. (I carry a digital thermometer)

The breakfast was really good.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Don't get me wrong, you can sleep in it and it was clean, just a little bit near the uncomfortable side.

Loved the location of the hotel and the availability of taxis at the entrance, the staff where very helpful and accommodating.

Would have liked a usb port close to the bed but that wasn’t a big deal I just went to go buy an adapter. But definitely not a deal breaker and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Room was very old and very small for families. For the car park Hotel charged 24 EUR per day. I think my car was having breakfast without my knowledge.

Comfy beds great staff and great breakfasts

Location,,,room size,,,friendly staff

Just only paid parking…but it’s ok after discount

The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast and the friendly staff working in the breakfast area. That was the one thing we truly appreciated about this hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The first impression at check-in was particularly negative, as the staff at reception was unfriendly and unwelcoming. This set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was also not clean, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. We have stayed at many Novotel locations across Germany, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. To make matters worse, the parking fee was extremely high—72€ for three nights—which is more than we’ve ever paid, even in central Frankfurt. We will not be returning to this hotel.
