Hotel Enger Hof

For a spontaneous two-day business trip, I ended up staying at Hotel Enger Hof. I’m glad I did. The staff was incredible and the restaurant food was fantastic. I’ve recommended it to friends and would definitely stay there again.

There’s nothing I could think of that I didn’t like.

Check in and breakfast in an Asian restaurant, friendly staff and a very small single room.

Very small single room, cold on arrival (window open in November and heating off) and heating no longer switching on.

Super convenient location, very lovely staff, clean rooms.

Rooms are a bit small but you have everything you need.

It was okay! I thought the restaurant part would be separate from the hotel part, but it wasn’t.

I had to wait for a bit before I got the key.

The hotel has an excellent location and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I arrived with a large van and, since there was no available parking space, the owner kindly offered me his own spot. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, breakfast excellent, the stuff is friendly, for sure I will come back here again.

No problem, there's U-Bahn in the near. Couple minutes and you are in city center. There was a small bathroom. We stayed for one night and for us it was okay. But if I'd stay for couple days I'd choose a room with a bigger bathroom.

I would have liked tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

I only slept in the hotel, came in late and moved out early. The stuff called me in the evening before my arrival to let me know where did he leave the keys. It was very efficient and convenient. Also, did not need to do anything else. Great value.

The door to bathroom was a bit squeeky but it was not bothering me.

Located at almost the heart of Düsseldorf, Mr. Andrew Chen runs the most amazing hotel. The staff is super friendly. Even though I don’t speak good German, they helped me out in many ways. Prices are fair and the quality of the food is awesome. Mr. Chen was kind enough to extend my stay for helping me out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
