Large rooms

Chairs in the room very old and broken. Hotel states airport hotel, but is about 10 min. from the airport, and has not shuttle.

It was clean, the food was excellent.

At the reception I was told that I have not paid for the room though I had paid via booking.com. After showing my bank account details and receipt of the payment and as well the long conversation to the officer with poor English, I had to pay one more time. It was stressful. I dropped a message to booking, and eventually the hotel transferred me back the amount I paid. I only had to pay for city tax - 6 euro. It would be fair that in this kind of situations, the hotel offers the room and clarifies the issues between them and the booking.com afterwards, since I, as a guest had had paid for the room. Appears the issue was with the hotel’s system. At least a sincere apology would be nice, in fact I got only stress. And maybe, I was not trusted enough since I was not an EU citizen, and my tired face after a long trip would still be a symbol of scam.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Dinner was excellent – tasty, well-prepared, and offering a great variety of dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit cold , the temperature of the air conditioner was at 20 and was not possible to make it higher.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The previous guest left onions and a cotton pad in the fridge, the coffee machine’s dirty water container was not emptied, and the throw pillows on the bed smelled very bad. The sauna was not working during the day, and there was no staff available to ask for help.

The more i Book this hotel the lower Floor i getStarted on 12 Floor, 11,10 and now 6I booked 2 rooms for 2 people. Got 1 room for 2 at the check in. Someone else had to solve the ProblemThey do not keep your Information data so I have to give them every time my buisnesscard to send the invoices. A hotel like this should keep record of the person that stays there for business

I stayed in the family suite with my 6 and 8 year old. It was spacious and well laid-out. We arrived in time for the family brunch, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The pizza making station and chocolate fountain were the highlights.

The spa was great but we missed having a pool.

Amazing hotel, clean, stylish, spacey rooms and very good bath tub. Breakfast was very tasty, not a standard one. The view from the window is spectacular.

Modern lobby and fast check-in process. Parking available without extra costs. Sauna area was great and hot with nice but small ( areas have been closed off without explanation ) relaxing area.Room service ( iron ) came immediately to the room.Beds are very comfortable !

Small improvements such as:— Showers in sauna area old and not good to use ( bucket was great but cold shower with way too much pressure and hose not connected well )— opening hours are closing too early and starting too late — if breakfast is until 10:00 am PLEASE do not start closing 15-20 min before. “ can I still use the coffee machine?” “Yes, but I am cleaning now”

The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.

I didn't like the price hike from the hotels during the convention. The increased rates made it less affordable and affected the overall experience.

Plenty of power sockets, light switches, and overall a nice and quiet room. The bathroom was spacious, only used the sink, toilet and bath however. Of the two hotels I stayed at this week, I much preferred this room. Also, free parking (for at least 24h) was a must for us, and I'm glad that was provided.

No lock on the bathroom door, but I can understand why. Also, using bubbles in the bath made some water jump up and over the side. Additionally, the toilet was crooked and leaned slightly to the right.

It was the worst hotel...

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, security was non-existent! There was a theft right in front of the reception; my laptop, smartwatch and headphones were stolen. The hotel management and staff were completely indifferent to the incident; they offered no support or assistance whatsoever. It's terrible that such an incident occurred, but at the very least, the staff should not have been so insensitive.The overall condition of the hotel was also terrible. The rooms were far from hygienic, the sheets were stained and smelly. The bathroom cleaning was a complete disaster. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are met with a neglected and dirty environment.This is an establishment that completely fails in terms of security and cleanliness, and clearly does not prioritise customer satisfaction. Nice, clean, smartly furnished and spacious room, comfortable bad, bathroom. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant.

Location is a bit boring but at the same time very convenient for business travelers - approx. 15 min drive from from the airport and Dusseldort Messe
