Very friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms.In addition, we were highly impressed with the lady heading the food department. Although breakfast was included for the next day of our stay, we had an early morning flight to India and had to leave the hotel very early. When we requested, a day in advance, for packed food before departure, she thoughtfully arranged everything.As we were travelling with two kids, she prepared separate packets, keeping their needs in mind. The food was generously packed, neatly done, and prepared with great care. It was truly a kind and thoughtful gesture. We genuinely felt as if we were leaving home rather than a hotel.

The wall-mounted soap dispenser is very hard to press and needs attention. The tea bags were not kept after the room was cleaned the next day.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations.The room was extremely cold, and even my husband — who normally prefers cooler temperatures — found it too uncomfortable to sleep. The bed was wet, and the bed sheets were damaged and did not appear clean. The bathroom was dirty, and the furniture looked old, unclear, and damaged.Because of how cold the room was, my husband became sick afterwards and now suffers from sinusitis. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained, which made our stay very unpleasant.I kindly ask that you review these issues and take appropriate action to ensure that other guests do not have a similar experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding how this matter can be resolved.

The room was very cold, the bed was wet with damaged sheets, the bathroom was dirty, and the furniture was old and damaged. My husband even got sick after the stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable bed as well. Clean pillow and bath towels. Very near to Tram station and 3 Tram stations away from the main train station... Very convenient for business travellers.

No Coffee mug and spoon in the room.

Absolutely no complaints!

Room was ok. Clean and spacious. However, the bed and the pillows were horrible. I couldn't really rest because the bed was stiff as a rock and pillows didn't have any cushion. They really need to renew the beds and the beddings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room & bathroom was very clean and it was a 30 minutes walk to the old town.

I would have like tea & coffee making facilities in the room

The hotel felt like good value for money. The staff were excellent. Very friendly.

One of our party felt the bed was too firm to be comfortable. However i feel this was more personal preference as the rest of our group felt they were good.

My booking was without breakfast. It is because I found that it was quite expensive.Euro 15/= is too much for the breakfast. In my point of view.

There are a lot of vegan options for breakfast.Close to public transport stops, and about 20 min walk to the city centre.Our room had a balcony to the backyard, and it was quite peaceful. Very spacious room.

The hotel could not provide parking (although it was mentioned in the hotel description).We found parking for 13 euro per day below shopping mall Arcaden, 11 min walk from hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and this is the second time the staff has made mistakes.

Cleaning and location is normal.

The breakfast was fine and vegan-friendly.

The Wi-fi connection was really bad. Almost not connected.

Large room and very reasonably priced. Great location to get around Dusseldorf, tram on doorstep and pretty close to trains. Room was clean and the foyer was welcoming.

The TV wasn't connected to the WIFI, not a huge deal really - could have probably fixed it if I was more tech savvy. WIFI was very reliable outside of that.
