- Our stay was extremely disappointing and highly unsafe, particularly for families. Around 3:00 AM, we were repeatedly disturbed by drunk guests knocking aggressively on our door and running away. Reception was unreachable, leaving us isolated and vulnerable in the annex building. Furthermore, the bathroom slab dangerously collapsed while our toddlers were bathing, narrowly avoiding injury. This experience highlighted severe security and safety failures, making the hotel highly unsuitable and unsafe for families with young children. Immediate attention and significant improvements are urgently required to prevent such distressing situations in the future.
