Great hotel, staff is welcoming and professionnal. I checked in at 8:45pm and someone was there to welcome me. Room with a double bed has quite some space to put your stuff, and bathroom was fine and clean.
Beds were quite firm. A bit far from the main sights but easily accessible with public transportation. Everything else was good. The room was clean, we had everything we needed.
Be careful before you go to bed.

Cons -

The hotel is a bit far from the center, but still accessible by metro if you want to spend less on an hotel in Cologne. Though, the biggest flaw of the hotel was that the bed was not soft at all.
