Utterly exceptional hotel. All Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but very comfortable, luxurious and beautifully designed with real attention to detail. Little touches such as fizzy drinks, beer in fridge, fruit and chocolate, are a wonderful addition. Excellent central location. Beautiful open outside bar area which was somehow still incredibly cosy and warm even in December.

I liked everything about the hotel. Have seen some people complain about the way the hotel is laid out and that the stairs are narrow but honestly, you’re on holiday, do those things really truly matter?!

Breakfast is good, but too greedy - 2 macaroons for 2 people; 2 buns; 2 slices of bread; 2 pieces of cheese, but you can order as many times as you want any dish (eggs, yogurt, coffee) except of prepared before you

Great location, walking distance across the park from the station. Quiet location in the heart of Brugge.

The outside bar was wonderful but difficult in the winter weather

In an old house surrounded by trees close to the historical Bruges. The room was warm and cozy , the bed like a cocoon.

Chasing for plugs for computers and telephones. In our particular room, the bed was a king size, making the space around it tight. May be a queen size would have been better Also it is not necessarily very friendly for older people as the staircases are steep but the staff very helpful with the luggage.

Perfect location, excellent secure parking. Helpful friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

The restaurant setting was lovely, but I thought the prices of both food and wines were a little high.

Clean, very impressive looking property. Friendly service and nice quiet location but close enough to enjoy the City.

Bedrooms are a little cramped but didn't affect our stay.

Virtually everything. It was a lovely location off the beaten track. Looked stunning on arrival with all the Christmas trees and lights. Dining room and outside (heated) bar was gorgeous

Not enough space for clothes

The style and comfort. The tented area was so cosy and warm.

I wasn’t impressed using when coming out of the women’s toilets you could see the men urinating in the urinals! Not a good look, should have some private screen or even a door! The bathrobes which were hanging in the shower cubical, as water was splashed on to robes.

The only lounge was outside and although it was heated on a winter's night it was not that cosy.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Everything was clean. Smelled nice and nice toiletries.

Rooms were noisy. Could hear people both next door and above. Bathroom was all glass so could see each other in the toilet. Only 1 water, beer and coke in the fridge. Wasn't replenished over 3 nights. Food was nice but quite expensive. For an adult only hotel was surprised that not one but 2 babies were doing in the restaurant in the evening. Not against children nuts thought it was odd . Nowhere to put suitcases.

Very good location. The room we had facing the park, the view is great. Bed is comfortable. Once get accustomed to the way the breakfast was served, the experience of the breakfast was also great. The washroom is clean. Overall convenience of the shower room might not be as perfect as those in the modern buildings, but it has its own charms.

Location of the hotel was ideal for us. Within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Also had car parking and could leave the car there for a few hours after checking out. The restaurant and lounge area was lovely, with patio heaters and log burners. Very relaxing.Breakfast was delicious. An extensive choice but a bit expensive, however the glass of champagne helped.

The room was a bit dark but this is to be expected with older buildings. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work properly, some instructions would have been good. Some breakfast teabags would also have been good.

Location was perfect.

The room was much smaller than expected. There was almost no space between bed and a wall.

Very boutique like hotel hidden among the gardens and close to a beautiful peaceful park and lake. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Decor was beautiful and just had the cool trendy vibes all around.

Everything was great but the bathroom had a slight sewer like odor time to time. We left the window open to help.

The stairs up to our room were steep was only negative.

The staff was nice. Was a sweet small chocolate package on the bed. Shower was good.

Room was tiny - couldn't even open the suitcase anywhere. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and small. there was a long black hair on the bed when we arrive to the room. No room service. no late check-in. extra payment than expected. Poor value for money for us.
