    Pros +

    • Nice place, clean rooms and with a free parking close by
    • Location was fabulous, room was warm and comfortable and staff were excellent
    • Great spot close to the center. Very close to a bus stop. Very accommodating staff. Nice room, comfortable beds. Quiet area.

    Cons -

    • Unfortunately we could hear a lot from the room next to us, but the positives were so many that this didn't bother us as much. And this one is a luxury problem: The TV lost signal every couple of minutes.
    • I’m not a fan of the door in the shower. Glass door that doesn’t fully prevent water from splashing out. I consciously had to keep trying to not let that happen.
    • -While the bathrooms and rooms were clean, we did notice a bit of mold in the showers in both our bathrooms (we had two rooms for our family). They might want to remove it. -The walls are a bit thin, and we could hear the people below us coughing during the night. But all in all, good value and nice hotel as Bruges was pretty expensive over the Christmas/New Year holidays.

Fantastic location in a quiet area, just a 20-minute walk from the city center and near a free (street) parking. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly, flexible and accommodating. We let them know we were coming with our dog so there were bowls ready with water and a heart-shaped cookie for him, which was such an adorable touch! They also let us check in early since our room was available. The place is also beautifully designed and decorated.

Great stay. Nice little hotel. Staff was kind. The deluxe double room was perfect for a trip with my brother. Free parking near hotel a big plus. Stays within city center wouldn’t include free parking so this hotel was a perfect fit for me for that. The 15-20min walk into the city was easy and safe!Quiet neighborhood. All positive experience.

I’m not a fan of the door in the shower. Glass door that doesn’t fully prevent water from splashing out. I consciously had to keep trying to not let that happen.

Fast WiFi, free parking places in 2 minutes by foot, 10 mins by foot to the center.

It was a modern and nicely decorated hotel plus good value, about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center of Bruges. The neighborhood felt like a safe residential, affluent neighborhood, mostly tree-lined with nice houses and a few apartment blocks. Free parking also nearby. Best of all, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were even willing to cook oatmeal that we brought for my husband for breakfast since he's gluten-free. They were also willing to store our dog's food in the fridge & freezer. In advance via email, the staff also suggested a vet only a 12-minute walk away for us to book an appointment for our dog before re-entering the UK. We really appreciate it!They also provided dog bowls and a few dog cookies upon arrival, our dog was very happy:) Nice touch!

Fantastic location, great breakfast. Genuinely nice hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff

It's a little bit pricey for the facilities provided. We had two single beds put together with two quilts and not the double bed we booked. The shower design and screen resulted in the floor becoming very wet outside the the shower.

Super cute. Big rooms. Big bathroom. Close to Christmas markets. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good.

    Nothing. Everything was perfect

Lovely stay with my boyfriend - the location was quiet, only 10 mins walk from the centre. Nice and clean with great staff!

I would've loved having a kettle inside the room. Waking up in the morning and having a quick te/coffee would've been great instead of having to get up, get ready and go to the bar downstairs to have a coffee. Also, we were under the impression there was free parking at the hotel as I added this as a filter, but it's actually 2 mins away from the place and it's first come, first served. Luckily after a bit of waiting and browsing around the area, we managed to secure a spot.

Lovely kind staff and helped us with whatever we needed , we had a trip with a baby and dog so came with a lot of stuff to consider ! Loved that there was a dog bowl in the room and they had already sorted the cot . We had a triple room booked and cot , they apologised as lack of space with cot but it actually was ok, still room to move around and we didn’t need the third bed so it was on me for booking a triple room. But other than that it was a nice stay. Thank you for making what could have been hectic , a relaxing stay!

No kettle in room which made it a bit more difficult to feed the baby but we made do, and not sure it is a done thing to be honest in all hotels. Staff were more than happy to get us hot water though.

Clean and basic rooms. Good hot shower.

We were there in December, so a popular time with dynamic pricing. However, we paid more than £200 a night for 3 nights, and didn't even have a kettle in our room. Breakfast would have been €22 each on top. A long walk to the first place we could even get a coffee in the morning

room cold radiator not working.Guy came to look at it did nothing.Hair dryer in room broke had to go to reception to get one note on wall had been there a long time as she knew what room i was in.We had booked with friends same price their room had coffee machine tea coffee fridge ours was basic room.I had taken a kettle but it was taking a long time to switch off so went to reception they wanted 40 euros for 4 nights for it so used our own.

We ordered food first night had to wait nearly an hour and a half for it as there was only one lady on and she was working reception as well. When it came it was just a small piece lasgne no salad or anything with it.

Lovely hotel, super staff, super location, great free parking . Will visit again. Thank you Valerie ps I liked the chocolate toffees better than the fruit sweets at reception. Merry Christmas Peter & Annette

Hotel was clean and warm and the bed was large

No tea making facilities in the room but the hotel prepared to rent them for £10. Price of the room was expensive for the facilities.

    6SallyPosted on: 12-6-2025

Clean with a large comfortable bed.

No tea/ coffee facilities, poor lighting, impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom.

The hotel was cosy and not far to city centre Stsff friendly also.

Hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant and attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious and clean with coffee and tea making facilities, topped up on request. Huge, comfortable bed. Communication was excellent at all times. The hotel sits approximately one mile from Markt in Bruges and it's an easy, flat walk.

We consider the price drinks and snacks excessive. The snack we ordered (lasagne) was expensive at €15 for a small portion and took 1.1/2 hours to be served, probably we assume, as a result of only one person in reception. We did not take breakfast at €22 per person per day.

Good room size, very clean, extremely comfortable beds and friendly staff. Good location, only 10/15 mins walk from the city centre and very close to the train station.Good value for money

No complaints, the hotel was comfortable and functional.Did not use some of the additional services like the breakfast and the bar, so I can't really comment on their quality.
