Great location and comfy room! Breakfast was nice too

No! But it’s too difficult to make a reservation.

Our room was amazing, with the most breathtaking views of the canals.

4 of us returned from a tour and wanted to sit outside with hot wine and beers to enjoy the fresh day. When we asked if the heater could be turned on, we were told it ‘wasn’t busy enough tor them to warrant it’, in a very dismissive manner. When leaving to head out again some 1.5 hr later, 2 people were outside jovially laughing with the only 2 people in the outside area - with the heater on! Come on guys, customer service for your in-house guests shouldn’t be that hard - it meant you lost 4 repeat guests and 4 diners in your restaurant for the 3 nights we were there.

The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious too. The view from the room is wonderful, we could see the canal with the beautiful old buildings in front of us. Moreover, the restaurant is a very old beautifully decorated place with nice old wallpapers, an old fireplace and wonderful furniture. And it is just in the heart of Brugge, near all the most important monuments of the city.We felt like being at home, as the hotel staff were all very polite and friendly, always willing to help us whenever we needeed it

Loved everything abt this hotel. It serves the best coffee and the breakfast was wonderful despite the limited options. They were too kind to not even charge my son for his breakfast. The views from the room are undisputedly the best in town and our room was extremely clean. I wish we could try dinner at the beautiful restaurant. We ended up having a late lunch am so decided to skip dinner but had drinks in our room.

Excellent location! Lovely staff. We were there in the winter and it was very warm. Breakfast is included and comes with a nice view! Allowed us to store our bags too.

Shower was a bit awkward but other than that, nothing.

Parking a problem, but that is the same for anywhere in Bruges Underground car park 5-6 minutes walk away.

A very roomy suite on 1 st floor. Close to all attractions Brugge has to offer. Easy walk from train station.

Our room was very nice, the location was excellent and the restaurant was beautiful.

Absolutely fabulous location and room. Junior suite 3 is amazing double aspect windows view of canal and centre. Wonderful, very comfortable and lovely breakfast with canal view. Highly recommend and thanks to staff for wonderful visit.

The location is fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and a very relaxing atmosphere. Nice and quiet at night too. We have stopped here many times in the past, but not for a couple of years. The addition of the outside heated seating area was a great for a pre dinner drink.

The beds could of used an extra pillow or at least a spare in the wardrobe that could of been used if needed. Also found it a little annoying that there were zero draws in the room, so nowhere to keep things like underwear.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Great buffet breakfast and lovely comfortable beds.

The lighting in the rooms was not great.

I've stayed here many times. It's the best possible location. The rooms are beautiful, warm and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a 10 month old and 5 year old with me and we had the junior suite. I can't fault anything and can't wait to return!

Wonderful location, so close to everything you’d want to do in Bruges. A comfortable room and an excellent breakfast with a lovely view over the canal.

Stay away

Very old and dated, no bar to sit at and have a drink, at breakfast I was told where to sit as the part over looking the river is for dinner guests only, no hot breakfast I had a croissant
