- Great location, you are right in the middle of the city! Amazing view from our room!
- Great location.
- Great location. We really enjoyed it there, comfortable bed, good breakfast, helpful staff. Was tea, coffee and water in the bedrooms. Did well for a three star hotel.
Cons -
- Some renovation was underway so the outside of the hotel was not very appealing. They could have better room doors.
- Breakfast: EUR 16/person, poor variety, but romantic view from the dining roomNot barrier free and weird building extention: Many stairs up and down till/in the room.
- A transportation with car would be a bit hard but the hotel staff explained it well. The only problem was the pillows which were not soft at all, clean but so though.

location and cosy bed
was no hearing in the romm
The location was fantastic. Right outside the hotel was plenty of shops, restaurants and the main square. The hotel itself is clean, modern and the staff is friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, not usually expected in hotels rated 3 stars. They deserve a higher star for sure! A bonus was a kettle with individual packets for tea or coffee alongside coffee cups and creamer. Bottled water was available at no charge in the room. I did not opt for the breakfast offered each morning so I cannot offer feedback. One must check out the bar area in the hotel. A lot has gone into the decor; the backlit counter tops are stunning and gorgeous. The bartender is friendly and inviting. Overall, what a gem!

The location and the views of the canal
The noise, our room was connected to a bar/night club, It was horrendous on Saturday night. Unsurprisingly They failed to tell us we would be sleeping in a night club.
Nice hotel staff, good location
Trying to get there was fun, train system hard to follow
Location was superb it is located right on the river and very close to the main square. Room was clean and bed was comfy plus a good shower is always a plus! Staff were friendly and the breakfast room has a great view over the river.
There was construction work that I was not made aware of before I arrived, scaffolding ruins the aesthetic of the building. My first room there was unfinished work near the room and the building work started at 8am right above my room waking me up. I was moved rooms but could still hear the work.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location.Nice clean rooms. Fabulous staff. And excellent entertainment in the ANDA bar from the live singers.
Only downside...Room got too hot in the night. Thats the only negative...
Location was perfect. Bedroom was clean with great view and very comfortable
Great location, nice atmosphere, clean rooms, friendly staff and nice bar
Breakfast was only ok
Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main square and a great place to use as a base to explore Bruges. The beer museum, chocolate story, and other museums are all within a few minutes walk. The bar in the basement has a good atmosphere and selection of drinks. The canal view rooms on the back of the building were quieter than those on the street. Bag drop on arrival was useful as ahead of check-in at 3pm, likewise on departure day we left our bags and picked them up in time to go for the train. The beds were large and comfortable, we slept well. All staff spoke good English.
Our initial room, standard with bath appeared okay on arrival, but we found that the power to the sockets was out. We reported this to reception. On returning a few hours later we were surprised to see our room door wide open. The power had been restored to the sockets, but a little later I noticed that my feet were wet, the carpet appeared to have been cleaned but had not dried. I raised these points with the night manager who advised that there had been an issue, and that the door had been left open to allow it to air. Not impressed as all of our belongings were in the room. We were relocated to a room at the rear, canal view, which was bigger and more comfortable than the original basic room. We were told that we would be returning to the original room for the 2nd night of the stay, however on asking at reception the following morning we were advised that we could stay in the upgrade room. Communication could have been better and a decision made more quickly to move us, but in the end we were happy with the arrangement.
The staff were amazing!! Extremely helpful. The room and bed was very comfy. Couldn’t ask for a better location.
It could have been the operator (me) but the shower didn’t work properly. I should have visited the front desk to ask but was in a hurry to get to the train station so I went without a shower. Also they started doing some work outside my room in the morning which was loud (drilling).
Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bright Quiet street as few cars in the centre of Brugges. Bakery opposite
Nothing in particular
Location! It was magic to step immediately into the town centre from the hotel entry. It maximised our immersion into the old part of Bruges which is exactly what we were looking for. Rooms were spacious and quiet.
There was some noisy building works taking place on the day we left. Not really an issue for us at the time.
This was a great hotel in the middle of historic Bruges. Steps from the bridge where everyone takes the pictures and where you get the boats. We were here in winter and we woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow on everything. They had upgraded us to a canal view room which made our stay extra special. We were in room 221, amazing view, see picture, 15 foot high ceilings and a huge room. Bathroom was also spacious. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Just a great stay. I had my wife and I and three young adults and three rooms. Felt it was good value. Bruges is small and you only need a day here.
