Location and staff were excellent

Not enough sockets in room and stairs were very steep

Great location.for getting to the hotel (by taxi) and really convenient for local sites and restaurants.. faultless and friendly customer service, even serving breakfast before schedules hours..the rooms were warm (we visited in winter), and hot showers and a comfortable bed.

We stayed in a room in a high traffic area, which was quite noisy. We could hear always hear other guests come and go.

The location close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

We had a whole house to ourselves. Great. Unfortunately we could not take our luggage up (maybe for European travellers with smaller suitcases, that maybe fine but Internation ones with larger luggage, that's going to be an issue).

Since this hotel and its attached accommodations are older structures (that's the charm of Brugge), not having lifts, can be an issue.

Staff very helpful, breakfast was good could do with better selection of yogurt and more of the freshly baked bread.

Both rooms were well equipped with an ensuite shower and toilet. The rooms could both access to a small conservatory which was a nice place to chat. The breakfasts were very good. The location was central and convenient for the Christmas markets and light displays. The staff were friendly.

The bedroom was spacious and the en suite bathroom also had plenty of room to move round in. The shower was very hot but the tiles were slippy and it needs a bath mat in there to prevent accidents. The tv had lots of channels if you wanted to watch them, as well as Netflix. The room was really well heated which was great because it was so cold out. Breakfast was self service and very pleasant, with lovely juice, coffee, croissants and eggs cooked to order. The location was excellent just a short walk away from the main restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely and so willing to be of service.

This property is well located a short walking distance from the market square. The rooms I have stayed in (3 in total) were all quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially given the high volume of tourists in this tourist oriented town. The property also has a lot of charm, not just a cookie cutter layout.

Be aware that you may have to take your luggage up stairs

Lovely cody hotel in a great location. We stayed in room 15, a family room. Lovely room and very comfortable. Only think missing was a shower screen or curtain. Would stay here again.

The staff is super friendly. The reserved parking spot very convenient, even if it was a bit tight to get in there. Lovely breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. In this category, the hotel is definitely to be recommended.

Breakfast could be better, eggs freshly made to order but the only hot food offered. Only stairs no lifts! Not great with a child

Location is perfect! Breakfast is good. Comfortable, big for family, and clean rooms. The staff were great! My relative forgot their stuff toy and the communication to get it back was so smooth.

Just the staircase leading to the room but this is due to the traditional structure of the building.

Staff really friendly and came with us to show where to park. Hotel is in great location very close to town centre. Fantastic room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was in really nice room setting looking out on patio that I think you can sit out on when warm. Good selection of food and drink options.

The staff was really kind and friendly, well done to them. The breakfast also was really good.

The bed mattress was a little bit soft and there was only 1 pillow per person as usual you should get 2 plillows per person. Also the tv was a bit old so at night we were expecting to watch netflix but it wasnt a smart tv. But this doesnt affect our trip at all, its just an extra confort the have.
